Very disappointed I have received item which was a 70th birthday present in December. I will recommend family and friends do not purchase from this site as long as it continues to use Everi for deliveries. Failed to deliver never mind overdrive!

This is my first order placed with Trendhim. Found what I was looking for and was delighted with the choice available to me. Chose to have gift wrap, nice to have that availability. The item was sent off, the same day of ordering. Terrific, professional service. It arrived within 2 days. The quality was high class, and the presentation was ‘classy-man style’. Gifted to my 16 year old grandson for Christmas, who loved the item. Trendhim are a very reliable, high class business to deal with. They stay in touch with e mails from the beginning to the end. Very easy to contact if necessary. Will be keeping their details in my ‘Notes’, as I know ill be checking out their Site in the future.

Product ordered within Christmas delivery dates, but still not received. Trendhim's response was generic and asked me to wait until Jan 12th (!) before contacting them again. Very disappointed and won't use this website again.

Great little hat
Great little hat, just what i was looking for as a gift. Made from pure wool, soft and good black colour not wishy washy as some blacks are. Nice shape and very good sizing, which is sometimes not so in hats.

I bought a leather wallet for my partner for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I received an empty box. No wallet to be seen.
ETA: I emailed customer service straight away and got a reply on Boxing Day. They sent a new wallet which arrived today (5th January).
Although I am disappointed that my partner didn’t had to wait over a week for one of his presents, I am happy the customer service replied very quickly, investigated and sent a replacement out.
Great customer service. Great product. My partner is very happy with his new wallet.

Excellent service, good choice of colours, excellent service abd inexpensive delivery charge considering from Denmark to UK. Only hesitation was delivery was by Evri but no problems on this occasion.

Wish I'd never heard of Trendhim
I am currently having terrible problems with Trendhim. I wish I had never heard of the company. I ordered a watch box in November as part of my Grandson's 18th birthday presents on 15 Dec. It soon became clear that the parcel had got lost. I had to suggest that another one be sent out. They tell me it was sent out on the 15th however on Evri tracking 4 days later it shows they are still waiting for the parcel. Customer service do get back to you quickly but nothing gets solved. I want the parcel for Christmas and it's looking very unlikely I'll get it. No mention of a refund just constantly told to wait.

Sadly I have to give 1* because I ordered and paid for two bracelets from Trendhim they use EVRI for delivery and EVRI are the worst . My items have not been delivered and have either been LOST OF STOLEN BY EVRI - THEFT AT EVRI IS HIGH I think I should contact the police . I blame both Trendhim for using EVRI - don't if you do care about customer service and EVRI because they are the WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD .
I have asked for my money back - nothing yet . I will continue you to bombard TRENDHIM and EVRI with complaints until I get satisfaction.
