Have had a few great customer service experiences with Tree Fort Bikes, and what I most appreciate is the fact that I can talk on the phone or email with a real person every time. Quick responses over email. Really appreciate your great customer service. Shoutout to Justin.

I ordered a complete bike from TFB as they were one of the few places that had it in stock AND had it for the best price by a couple hundred dollars. This was my first new bike in quite some time and first doing so completely online. TFB answered questions I sent in email before the purchase, and followed up with a call post purchase to confirm everything was in order. The bike was shipped promptly and got to me super quick.

Where I was really impressed was when, upon unboxing and taking to my local bike shop, we found there was a manufacturing issue with the wheelset. It turns out the wheels were un-trueable (something my LBS and TFB had never seen before). Justin at TFB was incredibly helpful in getting a replacement wheelset sent from the manufacturer and even offered to cover the cost of wheel truing attempts by my LBS. While it was an undesirable scenario Justin and TFB did everything in their power to make sure I got what I needed and was happy with my purchase, all the while being 600+ miles away.

I would not hesitate to use TFB for another purchase either online or if I even find myself in Ypsilanti.

Best prices and helpful/knowledgeable team. Why buy Amazon when Treefort prices are as good and you can get stuff in a couple days. Support the small guys and in my case somewhat local.

Excellent company, super fast delivery, and a great price. Way better than Amazon, or Ebay in my opinion. You can call them and actually talk with someone who knows what they are talking about. Small business competing with huge business's trying to monopolize the market, and still able to provide better service at a competitive price. You have my respect, and gratitude.

After placing an order on March 2 2024 to buy a Lezyne Macro Drive 1400 Headlight and not receiving any notification of my purchase, a week after that I received the item mentioned before used in an already open and in bad condition box. The headlight was dirty with two tiny pieces of grass! and full of lint obviously after been cleaned with paper towel after been USED. This talk about Tree Fort Bikes really badly. If you get something from a professional company like Jenson they always tells you if the item come in an already open box, they don’t trick out their customers by hiding the true about selling used items like if they are new.I wish I could attach the pictures.

You can find anything you need for your bike or buy a new bike there. Internet orders are often shipped free or you can pick up in the store. The prices or competitive or even cheaper than other places and the employees are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Tree Forte bikes does not stand by their products. If you receive a defective item, they will not replace it or even help navigate the warranty process. You get left with a very expensive piece of garbage and they just say, too bad.

They don’t always honor the price match even when it is their own pricing showing in Google shopping. I placed an item in my cart at $152 and when I went to pay for it the price went up in my cart to $234. Google even says they still are selling it at $152. I contacted them and they won’t honor that price. I have bought from them before and had taken advantage of their price match. I guess if they won’t honor their own pricing in a service they pay for I can’t support them as a business anymore. According to their Facebook “they understand”, but I guess that means only if it is advantageous to them.

TreeFort has a great selection of high quality bikes and components but they also continually provide helpful, thoughtful and friendly service!

Got the parts I was promised, got them when I was promised or earlier, very satisfying experience!

I have made 3 purchase from Tree fort Bikes and each time they have the best price. Their customer service is top notch and the orders are handle very quick. I highly recommend them for any and all bike related purchases.

I ordered two Schwalbe Land Cruiser tires for my gravel bike. Mounted rear tire with no problem. The second tire bulged enough the front wheel wouldn't turn. Upon inspection, there was a six inch section of severe damage inside the tire. I used only plastic tire tools to mount so I am sure I did not damage the tire when mounting.

I sent an email to Tree Fort Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I received a phone call from Scott in Customer Service telling me they were shipping a replacement tire that day.

Simply amazing customer service! I would give them a couple more stars if the system. Thanks to all at Tree Fort who helped me with this issue.

This store is 10 minutes further away from than two other, larger, bike shops. I drive the extra 10 minutes every time because the people are great and the quality of work is excellent.

I stopped by to pick up my Triple Trail entry. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful, and I really do appreciate Tree Fort's fundraising efforts for our trails.

Every time I look at their website my computer freezes. I thought they were located in China or Russia! They never have anything in stock that comes up on a general web search. I think these guys are nasty bogus. Why do they lie so much?
