Please avoid at all costs this scam

Please avoid at all costs this scam service. You will buy a ticket at the quoted prices and then they will call you and ask for more money “as the ticket price is too low”. The will call you again and again at inappropriate hours and it was really the worst experience I ever had!

The worst agency EVER

The worst agency EVER! If you want completely RUIN your trip - buy tickets through them.
I bought ticket from Miami to New York through this agency. Before purchase it, i asked in the “customer support” chat if carry-on bag is included in the ticket - they answered me “you still didn't purchase the ticket, you need to finish your purchase”. I was like - excuse me, I'm asking a question about this ticket before percussion it. They said “yes, a carry-on bag is included in your ticket”. I bought the ticket, added it in the app of airlines and something didn't feel right. I called straight to the airlines and asked them about carry-on bag. The airlines representative answered that no, carry-on bag is not included on this ticket, only a personal item. And you can't add it in the future. You can add only check-in bag.
I texted to the agency, they told me - we will look into this, we will follow back in 24 hrs. Nobody called in a day, nobody did in 2 days. I reached them out again. They said, oh yeah, we need to listen to your call to see if we were wrong. And I told them before that we communicated by chat. So, obviously, nobody was trying to “look into the situation”.
After that I reached out to them again. And again - nobody answered. When they call themselves to ask for another “24 hrs” - the guy sounded irritated as hell, he talked to me extremely disrespectfully and hung up on me while I was talking. And every time it was like a start from the beginning. So nobody does ANYTHING to fix the situation! Extremely unprofessional “travel agency”. They are not able to handle their own mistake.

And for the record - I need a carry-on bag - because of the health condition. I have medicine and medical equipment to carry with me, that is bigger than personal item. So, nobody refunds my money because of their mistake! They treated me very badly and were disrespectfully on the phone. This experience was just a nightmare! BE AWARE!

Booking a flight ticket is no big deal but for grabbing best offers on flight bookings you need to browse through several websites. But when i visited Travomint and i was amazed to see the discount offers on flight bookings. Once you visit Travomint you will surely have best deal in your hands. I booked by flight tickets from US to Delhi and i was able to grab flight tickets at very low price. When i compared this price with other travel websites then i found that i had best discount offer in my hand. You can also contact their customer support professionals in case you are not able to find best deal yourself. Their professionals will help you in availing best discount offers in flight bookings....

Best Travel Agency

Its my one of the best experience to travel with Travomint. They take care of their passengers very well with good food and the hotel facility which they provide is absolutely fantastic.
Thank You Travomint for getting my journey full of sorrow and happiness. I enjoyed a lot.

Be careful! Avoid Travomint!

I booked a flight via this Travomint travel agency. However, one leg of the flight got cancelled. The airline refunded Travomint flight agency the flight money & they were (Travomint)supposed to refund me but they never did. Chased them up several times but to no avail. The airline understandably could not refund me directly as I didn’t book the flight directly with the airline

I fly a lot & I have booked lots of flights with several other flight agencies & never had any issues.

I personally will not recommend Travomint Travel/Flight agency & will not use them ever again!

First time I booked my trip with Travel Agent

This was the first travel company from that I booked my trip. And I must say that was a great experience to travel with their package. I took flight that was booked by Travomint UK. The travel agent can provide the all important information about the place as well as about the flight also. I like booking with them.

Buyer beware - scam

Booked online and received all confirmations only to have them call me repeatedly at 2am - they eventually emailed saying they don’t accept US cards and I have to pay by bank transfer (?!). I called them back and said if they can’t accept US cards then they shouldn’t have a US site with US credit card processing ability. They still refused and so I was forced to cancel the booking.

Great service from Easton. Called when he said he would and sorted all the issues with our flight changes including rebooking seats. Nothing was a problem. Very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Well worth trying as I saved a lot of money

I I have used Travomint twice for my trips to Grand Rapids USA From Aberdeen (ABZ) to Grand Rapids (GRR) and found the price and service
fantastic.
I will be using them again and would recommend them for anyone to give them a try and compare prices.
The staff are first class and on the ball.
My last return trip to Grand Rapids cost me less than £5oo pounds which was over £300 cheaper than the nearest quote I got.
They are 100%

I would highly recommend Travomint

I would highly recommend Travomint. I find their services very good indeed, they are very helpful and will do their best to find the best deal possible. I also found Easton very pleasant and polite.
I will definitely use Travomint again.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I was in another country and I had passport issue which I could not make my flight on 12/05/2018. When I contact Travomint on the phone from abroad they told me that it is going to cost you £375 for cancelation and new booking with Qatar Airways. Then they send me an email with price of £236. However, with help of friend and direct contact with Qatar Airways I could manage my tickets from 12/05 to 19/05 and paying only £50.
They are not trustworthy, helpful company and looking for opportunity to rip you off. They are not recommended at all as a person who is desperate in another, my experience was not good with them.

Excellent price and service!

Would have no hesitation using this company again!

So I booked flights to Nashville for …

So I booked flights to Nashville for March 2018!- was £200 cheaper than anywhere else - great deal - or so I thought - woke up this morning to an email saying my bank had put a stop on this payment & could I complete a form giving them pretty much all my personal information ( passport / driving licence with my signature showing & picture of front & back of my payment card (they only wanted the final 8 numbers) you know the ones that actually are personal to you (the first 8 numbers are specific to the bank & are like a sort code)
Phoned my bank to enquire why payment was stopped and to mention this lovely email & was told that NO PAYMENT had been requested from Travomint - strange that as they told me it was on hold!!!!!! Upshot I have now cancelled my bank card !!!!
Oh & one more thing - when reading the 5* reviews and delving further into the Facebook user - I really don’t believe these are real legit people (Jenny James) & most of the reviews on here are bogus as well - quite a lot of reviews all from around 25th July - please beware of this company !!!!!!!

Please see my review on FACEBOOK on the Travomint page as I have had a rather extensive conversation with this company who have accused me of being a competitor - WHICH I AM NOT!!!!!

The E-Mail which we sent to you was related to "Your Card Issuing Bank denied us to verify your billing details". There is nothing mention in our E-Mail that your bank stooped the Payment and so. Please have look on Email- Once again.

This is our standard procedure to process Every booking, Before charging Customer card, We verify Customer details with their credit card issuing bank,If Customer details (Phone number and address and anything) Matches with customer bank record then we authenticate customer and process the booking further and in Last we charge the passenger card, as per quoted amt to Customer.

As we always mention, we believe in quality not quantity,We use to verify each and everything before processing the booking, We have just one intention behind this to Save our Customer and prevent fraudulent activities as much we can.

In last we would like to inform Details of Customer such as DL,Passport we required to just fulfill the Banking related issue and nothing else. We have no use of personnel information of our customers.We request to customers these details for banking purpose only.

Requested a call back for the manager but doubt that will happen. What an awful company.
