We've used travel republic for over 20 years, as now do our kids! Only once have we needed to call for help from abroad. It was midnight when we landed due to being delayed. No one at apartment with keys. We rang travel republic (took a while to answer) but they tried calling apartment for us, no reply.. travel republic rang around and got me and my young family into a nearby hotel for €100 extra cost, which we agreed to, otherwise we would have been walking the streets! In over 20 years of booking with travel republic I call and get sorted with any issues ,eg. Not received emails, pick ups etc. They take the stress out of hiccups!

Excellent Customer Service
Couldn’t do enough to help us from start to finish! When aer Lingus cancelled our flight they tried their hardest to resolve the issue! Every time I’ve needed them they have been more than helpful! Would definitely recommend.

First time I booked with Travel Republic - Hotel and Airport Transfers.
Was a bit nervous, handing over large sums … but they’ve delivered.
Hotel is as per booking, no issues and good price. Hotel transfers excellent.
Definitely 5* as can’t be improved upon

Had a few holidays with T/R
Had a few holidays with T/R. Very helpful and put you at ease. Booked for Sept 2026, then decided to go in May as well. Disappointed i couldn't book by phone, as i like to talk to a human being. Booked on line but not happy. I rang the number on the app but it was closed.
