Travellergram.com is a Fraud Website!!

Travellergram (Travellergram.com) is a Fraud Website. What they do is you make a reservation with them to go for example to Vegas, they charge your credit card and use another third party company to make the actual reservation with the hotel and confirm to you that the reservation is in place, even if you call the hotel, they will confirm your reservation and then, like a month later, Travellergram (travellergram.com/) will cancel the reservation so they get their money back and they won’t tell you, so, they steal you money and they don’t have any phone number or anything to call them, only an email address and they never answer any emails. Total Scam. I am talking from Personnal Experience with them. STAY AWAY!!

FRAUDULENT SITE

My husband found a lower rate for a hotel through Travellergram, but when trying to book online, the website was not processing the transaction. My husband called their customer service number and the agent said he would honor the price published online - which, we now know was just a ploy to get our credit card information. When it came time to get an email address to send a confirmation, the customer service agent hung up. We called back and the next customer agent said the prices we originally found were not offered. Two hours later we received fraud notifications from our credit card company alerting us that multiple charges of over $3000+ were being attempted on our credit card. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! It is a fake site with an IP address in Jakarta, Indonesia. The positive reviews for Travellergram are likely fake. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE ONLY TRYING TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

I liked the price on Travelergram…

I liked the price on Travelergram website. Much cheaper compared to others. It was my husband's birthday and I was worried, but the type of room was exactly the one that I chose. I will book again in the future.

False pricing on search results.

We provide a honest price to travelers, no hidden fees.

No you dont!!!

You show the lowest price on a Google search. But then, hey presto....your €117 on Google now becomes €176 with taxes and fees. You did this for 3 other searches I did through Google.
So you are in fact cheating by enticing potential customers with a false rate on the search results and then jacking up your rate on the booking page.
Nasty
