I am getting the run around from this company on my claim from a January 3rd, 2026 cruise which we missed because we could not get to San Juan the day before due to US Military operations grounding all flights the day before the crew. The process of making a claim and getting it approved is ridiculous. The amount of back and forth and detail required is absurd. I imagine this is a company strategy as I am sure many people just give up given how much time is wasted. I made a small claim almost 2 months ago and it is still not resolved.

I submitted a negative review about a week ago because I was not getting any help with TII. I just wanted to post a favorable review, that today I received a notification and was paid for my medical expenses. I am extremely happy that my review was looked into and everything has been made right. I now have no further complaints.

Cancel For Any Reason a major concern.
For my recent Safari trip to Botswana and South Africa I chose Travel Insured because in today's world we can never be sure when turmoil will break out making travel a bit nerve racking anc cancellation for a non-covered reason a reality. Travel Insured has the highest return rate (75%) of Cancel For Any Reason Coverage of all the insurance companies I checked. Plus your pricing is very competitive. I will always choose TII. Thank you

I have opened a claim 2 years ago and they are still processing it. My grandpa passed away while I was travelling and I rushed home to be present at his funeral. The insurance company still did not issue a reimbursement for my flight or for any of my expenses getting home. I am extremely frustrated and they have not responded to my emails... I travel often and have had pleasant experiences with other travel insurance companies, but I will never use Travel Insured again
