You sign up and pay for an annual travel insurance membership, only to later discover your trip is not insured. What? That's right: your annual travel insurance membership covers issues with your luggage. Oh, you want your travel covered? That's an additional 'optional' purchase on top of the annual fee you already paid. And even when you do that, they'll look for reasons to deny your coverage.
