I have always had excellent service from Mark. Weather its been flying to South Africa at or Abu Dhabi or or help when I missed my plane and needed urgent help getting a replacement flight. And on tge rare occasion I couldn't get hold of him, his colleagues were just as reliable and friendly.

We are sorry that your experience left you feeling this way, particularly around the difficulty in getting the issue resolved after booking.
In this instance, the problem related to Air Zimbabwe’s seat selection process. The airline is currently charging for seat selection, and its online portal has also been experiencing some usability issues. Unfortunately, those aspects sit outside our direct control.
We are pleased that the issue was eventually resolved. As Air Zimbabwe has only recently returned to the market, there are understandably a few operational areas that still need to settle, and we hope these improve quickly.
We have already passed your feedback on to Air Zimbabwe as well, so they are aware of the difficulties customers are experiencing.
Thank you for raising it, and we are sorry again for the frustration caused.
