This Company is Fraud , the still havent payed me my 2648 Euro, its now NEARLY 1 Year ago , dont by anything from them

Hi I would like to make a complaint regarding a booking with Travelgenio and an error with their Customer Service Representative which caused Long Haul Flights to Japan to be cancelled 9 months after booking in error only to be told by airline that travelgenio had cancelled these in error when discussed this they denied that this had happened until JAL Airlines intervened and contacted travelgenio to discuss this. At this stage two week before our travel date the flights had gone up in price by double, so we couldn't travel to japan and our dream family holiday to my brother and his wife for the Rugby World Cup. We eventually got refund a day before we were due to travel which took 2 weeks of constant phone calls and stress. We have issued a complaint with them and yet again have got no contact back. I have forwarded on email to ye with correspondence with travelgenio is last email from travelgenio admitting error.

I feel so hopeless now after reading all these negative reveiews. I supposed to fly to Israel on October 22 but had to cancel the flight cause of the sudden health condition that requires I undergo a surgery. Canceled my flight today in the morning yet so far no response; calling but it's difficult to reach them on the phone... I will travel to Israel anyways, however, I don't know how long the post-operation period will take, this is why changing the booking doesn't make sense. I hope they resolve my issue in a fair way. I don't want to loose my money especially now as I'm getting ready for the operation and it implies significant expenses... Hope if they answer they don't rip me off 😑

It is the worst agency I have ever worked with. They don’t care about their clients at all. Due to the airlines bankruptcy, my flight was cancelled and no one informed me about it – I read in the news that all the flights of Adria Airlines were cancelled. The agency didn’t bother to contact me, moreover, they don’t answer e-mails (and I sent plenty of them). I kept asking them about my flight – no response. I also kept asking about the refund – also, no response. It is unbelievable, I have never been so ignored by any service provider. I don’t recommend them. If any problem occurs, you won't even be able to contact them. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past two weeks – absolutely no reaction.

As soon as they have your money that’s it! No customer service!
I have emailed a request to change my flight and tried to phone but no answer at all! The uK phone no is dead. Please don’t use this company!

Tripmonster has very bad reviews, so they started to work under the domain travelgenio.

Hi, in March 2019 I brought tickets Nice to Moscow for July but the flight was cancelled by airlines in May. travelgenio having my email address have never emailed me about this and I became aware a day before the flight. I had to buy new tickets 2 times expensive because couldn’t cancel my travel. Now I wait for money return for a month.
