Looking for a Mum/Daughter holiday for a week in the sun became really overwhelming and I was going round in circles. I got in touch with Katie Bennett from Travel Counsellors and she was brilliant from the start, taking all the stress away. Katie asked for my brief, really understood what I was trying to achieve and came back with several amazing quality options which were all spot on- I wanted to book them all! The App is brilliant and all your quotes are saved in one place with all the information you need. With Katie's expert knowledge and guidance we narrowed it down the the right one and I could not be happier. Katie really does go the extra mile to make the booking experience personal and enjoyable, everything is made clear up front and she works hard to get the best deal. I would say forget the hours of trawling through the internet wondering if you are doing the right thing and get in touch with Katie. This was my first time booking through TC and would definitely use Katie again.

Marco Williams did a great job finding us yet another holiday experience.
We loved Sorrento and Marco was there when we had a slight hiccup. The hotel was in a great location to explore all the exciting things locally.

If you don’t use a travel agent then Marco is a great reason to actually use an agent.

He books you in , chooses great options based on a consultancy. And is always on hand to sort any issues.

Sally and Matt couldn't have been more helpful in helping organise a recent trip to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. From arranging travel to suggesting restaurants/bars and booking trips, nothing was too much bother. Regular check ins and updates kept everything running smoothly and made arranging this surprise holiday a pleasure. We have used Travel Counsellors before and will definitely use them again. Gemma is absolutely fantastic! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient when booking our trips. She arranged everything for us, including our dietary requirements for the flight, making the whole process completely stress-free.

Excellent service from start to finish

Robin was great in organising everything for our trip to Las Vegas and was happy to discuss any changes to our itinerary. The hotels he chose for us were perfect. Everything went smoothly and he kept us informed of any changes etc.

Always great to know Travel Counsellor Collette Howse has your back covered especially with recent NATS events should there be an issue. With Collette it always feels personal and she always goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend her.

We booked a holiday to Skopolos in January with Alison Audd...after receiving several recommendations from friends who have used her to plan holidays.
I knew the hotel I wanted to go to and this was booked easily her price was good.
They booked our seats and delt with tickets etc. All very easy and stress free.
Our holiday was fantastic and our hotel room definitely one of the best in the hotel.
Transfers ferry crossings went well and we luckily had no flight delays.
We will certainly use Alison again .

Our experience using Sarah Comrie, our travel counsellor was faultless. Sarah provided competitively priced services, and then supported and helped us at every stage. She responded quickly and effectively to any questions, and was always available to sort even the smallest of issues. We are, and will continue to, use her for future holidays.

Kay, our travel counsellor, was first class from start to finish. Organisation, planning, communication and follow-up were all excellent - and some really nice personal touches along the way. Everything ran smoothly throughout our trip, and we knew we had support available if needed.

Absolutely fantastic service from Keeley and Linda at Travel Counsellors. They take care of everything for you and deal with any queries promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. We've booked with them before and will certainly do so again.
It's reassuring to know that if you need anything at all they are just a phone call away.

Bryony Hordern knows the ropes, the inside tracks, the ways to find the best. She maintains gentle contact and support all through the travel experience, right til I am back "at home" - and then it continued : helped sort out how to apply for compensation and where else to go when there seemed a short fall in request and action. Well beyond what it says on the marketing tin. Much more comprehensive. Thank you

Really easy to work with Grant and his team. Plenty of appropriate and timely communications. Thanks to Grant for getting our wedding anniversary noted by Fred Olsen as it was celebrated on board by the restaurant team and there were flowers, fizz and sculptured towels in the room.

Hayley was fantastic and found us exactly what we wanted for our get away. Highly reccommend
