Difficult in recharging your card you née to bourse up thé system

Normal bank card Register is faster and both need your ID.

Had trouble redeeming coupons that I bought on a previous ocassion, but long story short, they managed to help me so that I wasn’t empty handed. Albeit rather difficult to communicate due to their reluctancy to use english, it went well and it took its while. Worth it in the end though.

In response to the reply by transcash below - where they state that everyone in Europe can buy their creditcard to use the credit bought from them.
There are two possible meanings to the TC response here.
1 you tell the truth. I somehow totally misunderstood multiple sources telling me I need to be in France to buy a Transcash creditcard, and it turns out to be possible to buy one (the card that is, not the credit or the 'ticket') for all European residents after all!! Hurray! All my failed attempts to buy a creditcard for the credit I bought, failed because of me.... I am somehow incapable of buying this, even though I am very capable of buying the credit.
If this is what you mean, I don't understand why you're not sending me the Creditcard or at least explain clearly and unambiguously how to get one. Although In fact in this situation, the real solution would be to swiftly reimburse my money (!)
2nd explanation : the response below is more of the same; you are in some cryptical way trying to avoid affirming the fact that, like I said, transcash-creditcards are only sold to French residents, choosing to focus instead on the different, irrelevant fact, that when a French resident already has the card, they would be able to use it outside France. If this option two is the actual meaning of the response below, then it is, disgustingly, more of the misleading talk the website is filled with. Yet another demonstration of a strategic omission of the truth relevant to the customers, replacing the facts with suggestive and highly confusing formulations that lead people to throw away their money.

purposefully vague about the limitations. Bought 150 euro credit, paying even more than that, to find out transcash credit can be bought but not always actually used by the buyer, since only people registered to live in france or italy can buy the prepaid card with which their credit can actually be used to pay for things. I wonder if people who start businesses like this can look at themselves in the mirror after a couple years without disgust. I mean, if at least a part of your business model is to lead people on by suggesting they can use credits bought from you to shop as if they have a credit card, when only a fraction of the people actually can and the rest will just throw their money away- you're basically a internet scammer without the guts to do real crime. Very annoyed, seem to have lost my money to transcash like so many other people.

I was sent an email outlining several dates to abide by. I did not agree and sent a reply. This reply was acted upon favourably by Transcash.

I purchase two card paying 9.99 Euro and when it’s arrived I activate as per the instructions. But when I try to use it online and even cash counter to payment keep refusing! I try to call customer service no response and email also. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible! I’ve written 2 Emails no response from relevant departments!
