Grace is a beautiful, linguistically, communicator and understands well the issues and concerns.

How these guys get a 4 score is beyond me. Im drawing down on my pension, the process takes over 3 weeks (fron instruction to cash), with no clear guidance and complete reluctance on how long it will take to transfer me funds. Even when cash is available. This month I actioned a simple "transfer cash and transfer me 25% instruction", they completely messed it up, partially sold down over 100 assets and made my entire porfolio unmanageable, over a month ago i made them aware of this and it still is not rectified. They make the rules up to suit themselves.

Easy to use and wide variety of shares on offer. I particularly like the detailed information that it available for the various shares.
The downside when managing your own portfolio is that I cannot open an account for my children.

Long term user of Transact platform. Exceptional service, open communication and it’s very easy to navigate and use. Security is also very good.

I have been with Transact for a number of years and have always had excellent service from them and would thoroughly recommend them.

They geared towards IFA, from a consumer standpoint I’d describe the offering as quite basic. There are a few key features missing such as portfolio X-ray and also a native android/iOS app, so a little old school from a technology standpoint. From a consumer perspective it’s a bit clunky.

I have been investing my pension with Transact in association with Investment quorum(financial advisors) for over 10 years.
In all that time dealing with them they have been reliable,safe & secure & acting on all instructions when required.
They are contactable when necessary with helpful & knowleadgeable staff.

Yesterday was the first time I had needed to access transact and use their online tools. I found the process easy to navigate and use. As a novice I found filling in one of the forms arduous due to my lack of knowledge and understanding. One quick phone call was all it took for me to be guided through that part of the process. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the whole transaction and the help that I received

Very simple selling process, typical of Transact. I have been investing through Transact for over 15 years, and their service, both online and by phone is excellent. Their charges are constantly being reviewed, and usually downwards!!

Really impressed with Transact so far. Opening my new ISA was quick and hassle‑free, and the online access is very easy to use. Navigation feels intuitive, and everything I need is easy to find.

Great purformance of portfilio. Dan gives annual analysis of the funds and is always available on the end of the phone.
