Trampoline arrived quickly after ordering. The website was a bit confusing regarding availability and timelines of stock, so I rang and spoke to a lady in customer service who was very helpful. I ended up having to ring again with another query. Again, the question was answered.
Trampoline comes in 3 boxes (two of them are quite heavy-just for information). Took 2 of us a while to put together, the instructions were not comprehensive, as found the section that joins two vertical legs must be put together with the push button on the inside-otherwise one of the bolt holes will not line up (for the pole for the safety netting).
The trampoline seems very sturdy and grandsons enjoying letting off steam (and hopefully tiring them out)

Can’t praise TW enough for their outstanding customer service. We had some issues on delivery with the courier, and TW were fantastic on resolving the issues and could not have done more to resolve. Absolutely fantastic communication from them as well. We bought the 14-foot Leapfrog trampoline, and it is fab, one very happy 7-year old! 5-star service, highly recommended.

Trampoline arrived on time and all the parts were there. However, two of the drilled holes were too small for the bolts to pass through which wasn’t evident until construction so we had to purchase fractionally thinner bolts from out local hardware store to avoid a disappointed 4 year old. The instructions were not the easiest to follow either but the end result was a very happy grandson

Great price and quick shipping. Had a minor issue with the product which was not their fault as it was a manufacture issue, they solved the problem quickly and with no fuss. In the end we have a fantastic quality trampoline. Really happy.

The quality of the trampoline is great and it was very easy to put together. It was delivered a couple of days after ordering and we received a phone call to advise when we should expect delivery. We are very pleased with our purchase.
