Booked to CSCS course for a Saturday because I didn’t want to lose any money from not working Morning during the week I turned up on the Saturday and there was no instructor then I’ve had to take a day off in the week to complete the course.

Everything was easy to follow and mock tests to help very helpful

2 days sia top training it should be in class but they ask e learning I couldn't complete a module about my personal details so I requested to complete it in 15 minutes but they ask me 60 quids for delay it was to complete on papers not digital or pdf form. There training centre is in CLEAN AIR ZONE D, so if you have non ULEZ vehicle get ready to pay extra 8 quids for each day of studies.

My experience was awesome, the staff was very knowledgeable and the course material was presented very well. I especially like the hands on training. The course overall was very easy to understand.

I've attended 2 courses here now, CCTV and Door Supervisor top-up training. Both have been managed professionally and effectively, from the point of booking all the way through to the end. The trainers are knowledgeable, and effective with their delivery of the course content. I would also point out that there are always different levels of experience and understanding amongst candidates, due to language barriers etc, and the guys were really patient and fair with those who found it more difficult. The admin is efficient and organised, and timings are always met. Thanks Riz and the team. Phil
