An absolute disgrace of a online company, no customer service, probably the laziest company I have ever dealt with, do not bother with this firm if you want a reasonably fast service, shop elsewhere
1. Two weeks after payment and ordering Training365 where unable to confirm delivery date for my order and I sent them message that I am cancelling the order. I did not recieve any confirmation from you about my cancellation.
2. Day after my cancellation message, I receive an empty Schenker delivery notification and tracking code.
3. I enquire from them what is going on and I am ignored.
4. None of you phone numbers work and support email are ignored and no status updates are provided by their website 👎
5. Schenker updates my delivery status and starts the delivery with incorrect shipment weight (49kg) while the real shipment weight for the items ordered was over 78kg. I am left wondering what is delivery when it is missing 30kg of items.
Items arrived and were correct with what I ordered.
Training 365 are so clueless about delivery and shipment states and customer is provided with no information or disinformation.
I ordered Gymstick's gym mat, which came two weeks late and damaged. They have yet to replace my product after two months. Avoid this company.
