Easy to order. Good quality product. I had to return 1 item which was a simple process, was too small.
Products were all well packaged very professional looking bags with the items rather than a tacky plastic covering. Delivery was as expected and on time.

Apex Seamless Essentials 2.0 Twinsets
Been to the gym this morning with my new Apex Seamless Essentials 2.0 Twinset gear, quite a lot of people commenting how nice the set is, I've purchased 3 sets now in different colour ways & they are fantastic, lightweight & so comfortable, shorts are mesh lined so keeps you tucked in nicely, i would highly recommend, these are the best sets I've ever purchased at a great price. Make sure you get a reciept i bought a winter jacket 3 months ago all the tape came away and left white lines when I took it back the manager seemed very happy to tell me they cant do anything without a recipt didnt even offer to repair it after chatting back and forward to ai bots no humans I gave up be warned there clothing is faulty

Amazing customer service!
I placed an order for my partner but unfortunately ordered the incorrect tracksuit due to a small glitch on the site (or me not double checking). I then reordered the correct tracksuit but was unable to apply the discount code I had used on the first order, I contacted Trailberg to ask if they could cancel the first order and apply the discount to the second. I received a response almost immediately advising that they were looking into this, by the following morning I had received an email to confirm the first order had been cancelled (and refunded) and the discount code applied to the second. Absolutely f a u l t l e s s customer service! The tracksuit is also really good quality and my partner loves it :)
