Fabulous customer service!

Delivery address entered incorrectly on website (entirely my own fault - I should have checked more carefully!) Sharon from Customer Service went above and beyond to contact me to find correct address, calling me back and emailing me when I couldn't get to the phone because of my job.

Thank you so much - it wasn't your mistake, and you went above and beyond to get my parcel out.

I have been buying from them for years and am very happy with them. They provide valuable support to vulnerable people and communities and the goods are good quality and worth the price.
Other commentators have mentioned courier problems and this is the flaw - I no longer buy juice or olive oil from them because of too many damaged deliveries where everything in the package was saturated and unusable.

Appalling - avoid this company! At the time of writing I've been waiting 11 days for a small order that was guaranteed 2-3 days delivery and it's now too late for Christmas. The worst thing is they fob you off with excuses that are obvious lies.

Excellent products, reasonably fast delivery. So happy to buy from a company that cares about their supply chain - and not just because it's fashionable now, but because they always have. Great job.

I have bought from Traidcraft for almost 40 years. For the last ten years the shop I am involved with orders weekly from them. The service has always been excellent. In transit breakages have always had an immediate refund and replacement offered. The quality of the foodstuffs has been outstanding and the prices consistent with their fair trade ethic. The handcrafted items have always been of excellent quality. We have had no customer complaints that I can recall in the past ten years. Well done Traidcraft.

Bee found in the centre of a jar of marmalade. Customer services dragged their for feet for 6 weeks until Environmental Services became involved. Tried to hide behind GDPR which is nonsense. Then whitewash. Claimed Bee had submerged its self into the middle of the jar, what rubbish. Will not use the company as they never even offered a replacement.

I ordered an organic hamper that was on offer at £24 instead of £40 and I’m really impressed with its packaging and contents. Good for £24 as would not have paid £40.

I had a look at Traidcraft's reviews and was greatly surprised to see so many negative ones. I buy a lot of foodstuff and a few gifts from them and have never had any problems. The quality of merchandise is very good and delivery is quick, with items well packaged. Descriptions of the origins of all products are first rate, so that you can be sure who made them and who benefits from your purchase (they help small producers around the world). Well worth your support.

What a pity this company is so careless with its customers. Their website did not let me set up a different delivery address to the billing address so I sent them an email explaining why there was a difference. It was a gift and I asked if it could be delivered by the anniversary date (today). It took two days for them to reply to my email and tonight I’ve just received an email to say it has finally been dispatched and it may take five days to arrive! What sort of service is this?!

Great to buy fairly traded products, unusual gifts, practical items and good staples at a good prices.

The organic fair trade mango is a particular hit post swim training sessions and galas - and I need to buy more - its more tasty and better value than any supermarket version we have found (and organic). The Divine chocolate tasting kit - delicious too and great present.

The coir block - is so useful for the garden and far cheaper and easier to transport than heavy compost bags - I will be ordering lots more.

I ordered quite a few items and they arrived well packaged/protected - and sensibly packaged - i.e. not masses of packaging and not in masses of boxes. Don't think there was any plastic used either - a nice change to many other internet businesses.

DPD delivery great - knew exactly when coming and also had the choice to change time slot.

Their company courier broke my peanut butter £60 for which I got a refund
I have been a customer for some years they brok my runny honey prior to this and I got a partial refund as it was a minor inconveience
Traidcraft said that RDM would pick it up for free on a particular day,I stayed in they did not,I am £20 out of pocket having sent it back via Recorded Delivery...No follow up no apology.

They have lost a customer

I've bought a few things from Traidcraft and have had nothing but trouble with them - I've received products that were so mouldy they had turned blue - I've had jam that had mould on it - I've also received numerous items that weren't packed correctly resulting in broken items.

Not to mention the attitude of the staff - rude, surly and abrupt.

I'll never buy from Traidcraft again and I strongly suggest nobody else does either.
