We did not travel due to bad weather. Via this platform the refund was managed easily and effective within one week.

Terrible for tourists to understand

Everything worked perfectly, even we choose 2 different companies. Clear easy booking.

They overcharge on tickets online for the admin. Tickets are cheaper to buy from the actual boat providers in person at the kiosks & changing the time of the ticket you get charged extra money, Its ridiculous... never using again. Usually online is cheaper but doesn't seem so in Naples. Its also my fault because I should have done my research better but coming from living in Ireland with bus/other services I took it for granted!!!!

Trip was delayed for almost 2 hours. Bathrooms were so filthy they were not suitable for human beings, for animals maybe.

Processing time was fast. Crew were polite and useful.

It costs more to change the departure one day, than to simply buy a new one. I am not kidding. Plus the tickets are non-refundable. All in all, horrible customer service, with pathetic excuses.

Booking overview is great. Nevertheless it would be great to indicate that no printed version of the Tickets is needed. On Tour you Normally have no printer and if you need to see a biglietteria to finalize your booking you need no online booking

To Traghettilines I give 5 stars while to the shipping company POSITANO JET I give 0 (ZERO) stars. I'll tell you my experience. On 6 August 2022 at 17.55 we took the ferry from Amalfi to Positano. As soon as we set sail from the port, 2 people walked on the boat with bottles of prosecco and limoncello, they offered the passengers and everything seemed to be free, like a welcome drink, but after we accepted and we had glasses in hand they told us we had to pay € 10 for each drink, they embarrassed us and did not even issue the receipt. SHAME! Positano Jet is supposed to ward off these thugs and prevent them from scamming tourists. POSITANO JET, to be avoided.

A Traghettilines do 5 stelle mentre alla compagnia di navigazione POSITANO JET do 0 (ZERO) stelle. Ti racconto la mia esperienza. Il 6 agosto 2022 alle 17.55 abbiamo preso il traghetto da Amalfi a Positano. Appena salpati dal porto, 2 persone hanno fatto il giro della barca con bottiglie di prosecco e limoncello, hanno offerto ai passeggeri e tutto sembrava gratis, come un drink di benvenuto, dopo aver accettato e avuto i bicchieri in mano ci hanno detto che DOVEVAMO pagare 10€ per ogni drink, ci hanno messo in imbarazzo e non hanno nemmeno rilasciato lo scontrino. VERGOGNA! Positano Jet dovrebbe allontanare questi teppisti e impedire loro di truffare i turisti. POSITANO JET, da evitare.
Dopo aver letto la vostra risposta, vi dico: una certa responsabilità sull'operato delle compagnie di navigazione di cui vendete i biglietti l'avete anche voi e dovreste essere i primi a tutelare i turisti, visto e considerato che ci guadagnate.
