Great customer service!
Literally on chat 24 hours a day. I've been able to get a human each time no matter what time it is and they have always helped me with my questions!

Support is not professional and service is too expensive

The start was good. Unfortunately, I did not have in the end a good experience with them. First of all, they were all approved by creatives. Then suddenly little later, they just decided to take them all down, stating that "escort services and human trafficking are not allowed." Then I contacted the support team and explained the issue. None of the creatives or websites were advertising such services, and they acknowledged that and brought back my creatives. Some of them were remained rejected because there was no logo and text on them. In fact, it was. I had to explain countless hours, but then the support agent, who was at that time Anmar, kept telling me that the text is "not enough," also in the logo. Later, agent Anmar understood that logo denial was actually overlooked, and they brought it back. Instead of helping me, he tried to get rid of me by sending me to the support email. So it was all very unprofessional, not thoughtfully investigated, and the information he gave me had nothing to do with the terms. I am quite disappointed.

Also, I must admit that the service is costly. For small businesses like me, spending $200 is definitely not worth it as it brings very minimal traffic. Disappointing, and I will probably stop using this service.

A wonderful start to a relationship!

Had a most informative, helpful, and kind conversation with Victor, who not only answered all my questions, but gave me valuable tips and additional data to better adjust my ad campaign in the future!
