I purchased three bottles of their advertised Aegis 2 stroke oil full synthetic JASO-FD however when it arrived it was JASO-FC non synthetic.

I rang up and spoke to them and they told me to email with photos etc, so I emailed the same day as arrival showing photos of the bottles received and screenshots of the listings they had clearly showing they are different oils.

Three days later no reply so I sent a follow up email which I then received a email back saying they will review this with their team and get back to me.

Another three days later and no follow up received.

Another email sent requesting some form of resolution.

I have had to buy alternative oils to complete the task I needed the oil for.

Received communication today and the matter has now been resolved.

My most recent purchase was for rebar J hooks to hold down our trampoline. They were well priced, arrived quickly, shipping was reasonable.

Trade Tested is my first pick when looking for anything to do with outdoors, gardening or home improvements.

We first purchased the Greenworks 40V mower & Line trimmer set. Ordered online & received them no trouble at all. Very happy with them easy to assemble & easy to use no electric cord necessary. We then purchased the Kefer Artisan 11 x 7 shed along with the Keter Multi hanger kit. A little bit disappointed with communication here, we were told the hanger kit was out of stock & due in a couple of months. They were going to hold th shed until the hanger came in. We told them we wanted the shed ASAP. The shed arrived easy to follow assembly instructions. Overall quite happy with the shed

My husband just loves his mighty cart. Being easy to push he uses it for everything outside. This week it's carted wood to the house, groceries from the car and collected chopped branches. So easy to use for someone with mobility issues.

Had a Freight problem, long delays in receiving goods ordered , but Trade tested handled the situation professionally with great communications ,,i accept that the freight problem was out of there control .. I Would definitely be buying from them again. Trust worthy company.

Absolute rubbish to deal with, sold damaged product to me , took ages to respond to complaint, the agreed to give partial refund...there where several excuses as to why the refund didn't get processed.
End of day I ended up being left with a damaged unit , no refund and many hours wasted on the phone for nothing.
Should have bought stuff of Ali or Temu

If you want to buy anything off Trade Tested I strongly suggest you check out their page on Trade Me first, as there is a high probability the courier shipping on Trade Me is a heck of a lot cheaper than if you buy directly off the Trade Tested website. I found out the expensive way, sadly.

We bought an electric car and had a problem with the motor. Customer support had it resolved in absolutely no time at all. Really impressed

I liked the product range. Communication was excellent. The shed was easy to assmble - especially since I had help.
Delivery was delayed a few days but communuication was good so no issues.
All in all. Very happy.

I find it absolutely unbelievable I can not buy spare parts for any Hyundai lawn mowers Unless You have a purchase order stating that you bought it off Trade Tested, of which I do not have any more. No they do not keep serial number records either.
I believe Trade tested may be the only ones that sell these lawn mowers.
Most Products that are bought in NZ, you are able to buy parts for.
Unfortunately I think Trade tested are letting customers down buy refusing to sell spare parts, although in their reviews they state yes they do sell parts. They tried to tell me Hyundai New Zealand sell the parts. what un-educated Nitwits !!!!

Brought a rechargeable cordless pool cleaner of Trade Tested, great product and great services! Would recommend Trade Tested 100%
