Ordered a pair of adidas shorts online and blind from this company. I like them very much.

But also my wife made a mess of a return of another pair of shorts we had to send back, which we also liked but which were the wrong size. David took the time and trouble to call us back and sort out our mess with us at a personal cost to himself.

Ordered a pair of trainers accidentally sent size below, I contacted them via email and they quickly got back to me and they resolved it so quickly and sent me out the correct pair before even receiving the error ones

I am really impressed with how efficiently they solved the problem and the overall speed of the delivery

And of course I love my trainers

It is so worth it for the price. because they sell their shoes below market value, I was able to get Adidas Spezial for £65 rather than the RRP of £90. The delivery was fast and free, ordered the shoes on Monday got it on Thursday. The over experience was great.

Asked for a refund and received a email saying that the refund is under review…unbelievable

Brought two pairs of trainers both beautiful and quick delivery

They were for my son he loves them the second pair he's had the first pair was destroyed getting a dog in trouble in deep water dog fine shoes finished lol
Anyway he has another pair now so alls well and pooch fine...

Good products, easy ordering, really fast delivery and helpful customer service. Unfortunately the invoice was inside the package and I had to order a copy for the customs to clear the package to go forward. This was a bit weird and I still think the mess was because of Finnish customs. Anyway, in the end I saved the double tax (i.e. pay tax to both countries) which is quite common when you order from UK to Finland.

Would recommend to buy again because with the IOSS number and full tax invoice it's fast and cheap process although UK isn't anymore part of the EU like Finland.
