I highly not recommend the scamming Tradera

I highly recommend, do NOT buy any items from Tradera. No respects for buyers. There is no warranty for the part you purchase and there is no rights for buyer to say that I change my mind and I do not want it, even there is long time left for the bids and and seller has a chance to get other offers. When you buy the apartment which cost millions of SEK, you can say no in any time of biding but for second hand item??? it is so stupid system. Do not involve with this mess. I believe they will soon bankrupt or they need to rethink about their rules

Very bad service while I had buyer protection.

Very bad service , Tredra dos not take responsibility middlemen services.
I bought a ps4 games and seller didn't sent it. I had buyer protection and I paid extra for it . But nothing happened.
What I got was recommendation from Tredera to call seller , or find his number on hitta.se.

What a joke

I bought a par of Raurph Lauren shoes from a lady who was claiming that she bought them from the store but she in the end admitted that she herself bought them at tradera. The shoes got destroyed and destroyed my feet from the first use. Tradera backed her up claiming that according to their expert the shoes were authentic, when did the expert even see the shoes? They have been at my place since the lady send them to me. Well, she had sold thousand of things at tradera, no wonder why they took her side.

incorrect invoice

I am very disappointed in Tradera. The invoice that I received from them was incorrect. After contacting the customer service 7 times, it is still not solved. They have promised me that I would receive updates from their economy department via email but also this has never happened. At this point I don't have any trust anymore in their economy department. In the future I will definitely choose a different platform to sell my second hand stuff.

Possibly a scam website

Possibly a scam website. I have sold a Watch, and the buyer has sent the money to Tradera after which I sent the item to the buyer. Now more than a week later Tradera still hasn’t released the money to me and are not answering my messeges.

I have tried to contact their customer service multiple times with no answer. Seller beware!

I have tried to create a listing. Tradera asked me a document. So far OK. When uploaded, I was asked to continue with my phone. I do not use phone, only my computer. There is nowhere an email contact to Tradera to get help. Please answer me by email, thank you. And the result?

BEWARE OF SCAM SELLERS ON TRADERA

BEWARE OF SCAM SELLERS ON TRADERA! Customer service is no use as the only thing they do is to send emails to seller urging to send us a product which they just ignore.
Had to give a police case which also did not turn out to be for nothing for the scam. Basically money lost 7559 kr which Tradera has charged me and refused to refund. I also logged a case on Halokonsumerat which also is useless.

Perfect site for scammers. If you pay for you item and it's not shipped - Tradera will not do anything. They are saying "only scammer can do refund". So who's first for Tradera here? Customer or scammer?

Tradera a place for scammers and hustlers

Tradera does not take responsibility of Pirate copied items being sold on the website.. which gives space for scammers to scam..

Also you get into arguments with unreasonable buyers that result in negative reviews..

The Swedish postal system is extremely bad and they loose your packages..

Buyer's protection

Tradera has a lot to offer in the collectible category.But they allow the sellers to fleece the buyers with over-charged shipping and occasional failure in delivery.This aspect of buyer's protection is lacking and needing proactive measures.

awful platform that totally seems to be…

awful platform that totally seems to be in beta still. i have experienced several issues unrelated to me that have prevented me from using the account for months. i have contacted the support maaaaany times always getting different answers that never lead to any solution. have tried to report the case via support to have someone contact me but never heard back from anyone.

Scam

To expensive.
Also their algorithm chose wrong delivery adress and later they have tried to blame delivery service like they are responsible where the package will go. But you get delivery adress directly on Traderas webpage.
Later when talking with agent i got answer i should have chosen home delivery. Like its my fault.
Scam....they don't want to admit their mistakes.

Scam Platform

At the end of April i purchased an item that din't match description i did payed with Klarna so Tradera forced me to buy Buyers Protection for 750sek. I got the item from a company but had some problems so i sent back the item and request a refund. In that transaction i lost 1080sek which is buyer protection and full cost of shipping round trip. And in the whole process i got zero protection from Tradera, i paid to them a high fee just because i bought on this platform. On the terms page there is nothing specified that regards my case. Contacting them i just confirmation that they don't refund buyer protection which is a TAX and they don't help in getting refunded the shipping cost because is not their problem, and they invite you to contact the seller and Good Luck ! Now this service doesn't stand a chance to ebay or paypal, they cannot force a customer to pay a tax pretending that is a protection none the less all the people here that had problems with tradera they have to report the platform to Kronafogden and i will say to Aftonbladet so we can expose what they are doing and avoid other people to get scammed by a mob platform. I'm sure i will get invited by Tradera staff to contact them to further investigate the problem, I will not, because i already did that and i been told what i just wright before, therefore i will waste no other time ! Instead i will invest time to expose your illegal activities on social including Youtube and any other legal channel.

a trading website with which it is impossible to communicate. they block the account and contact with the bot only. they send fake invoices half a year and do not read what is written to them. harassment with a false fact is not important to them. It's important that you don't want to pay.
