I had ordered a display case, which was the cheapest of all other retailers. The item was delivered swiftly, albeit the lower drawer wouldn't shut correctly: which had my worrying; which there was no need for, as my e-mail was replied to within the hour, with a replacement sent out the next day!

The product itself is of high quality and aesthetically - very beautiful!

The item I had ordered was the 'light mango wood display cabinet'. I hope to order another soon.

My order of a Sheesham wood long-john coffee table arrived exactly on time although it had some damage. I forwarded an image of the damage and the same day, Trade Furniture contacted me to arrange a replacement which arrived 3 days later, again, on time and delivered by such friendly and professional drivers. I've already made a second order for additional furniture from the range, the quality is fabulous. I would 100% recommend this company.

Can’t praise this company enough. Ordered a few items now - some in stock, some on a delay. Pre-sales service is excellent (had to ring them a couple of times). After sales service excellent: when they say they’re going to contact you, they do; their communication stands out from the rest; they have courteous delivery drivers and the product is excellent. So refreshing to find a company that appears to value its customers and treat them with respect.

Update:
Oh dear! I still like their furniture and their delivery drivers are helpful. However, as is often the way, you don't really know about a company till something goes wrong. The last time I used them, I had paid in advance. I got a phone call telling me I had to pay COD and the agent was just talking at me (not to me) without stopping telling me I had to pay this sum. I tried to get a word in edgeways, but she wouldn't stop! So I had to SHOUT to tell her to stop so I could tell her I had paid!
I did not think a lot of this, so I sent an email complaining. The agents manager dealt with this very badly and she appeared more concerned that I had upset the agent by complaining!
I no longer think this is such a great company as they cannot cope with customers who have a legitimate complaint.

I have used this company 1st via ebay and now direct via the internet.

I am a big fan of "Indian" furniture eg Sheesham or Mango wood in particular, and this company tend to be cheaper than the others.

We had three large pieces of furniture delivered today, having ordered direct, and the delivery driver was brilliant. You do have to pay for an "unwrap" service, which we did, and the driver delivered the three items right into our living room and put them where we asked.

I also found their customer service excellent, getting immediate replies to email queries, and a very helpful young lady (Anastacia?) when I rang.

It is quite unusual to have proper customer service nowadays!

They also do very nice furniture, although they don't always have everything in stock, but that may be due to the current Covid situation.

What started as Superb turned poor very quickly, after I purchased 6 items from company, 1 was out of stock but offered an alternative and 2 delayed, items were sent quickly, great customer service, superb quality furniture packaged exceptionally well.

**UPDATE**

Last 2 items arrived, again super friendly and on time. Drivers were amazing, can't fault them at all.

HOWEVER

After opening a floating shelf we found the mount to be very short in comparison of depth of shelf, screws provided did not hold bracket to wall and shelf itself cracked, when I enquired I was told to buy better fixings or a piece of wood to support it from b and q. Bought radiator screws and yes shelf still drops forward despite wall and bracket dead level, waiting for a response as supposedly guaranteed for a year but they seem very reluctant to help now they have my £1500.

Refunded shelf with store voucher, purchased a table which arrived well packed and on time.

I ordered a 4 chair dining set and could not be more happy. 4 'Rollback' chairs + table were delivered by a very nice helpful chap who assembled the table for me. The quality was way above what i expected for the price i paid. My whole transaction was professionally dealt with from beginning to completion by all involved. I would recommend this company to anyone and i will use again myself.

The service was good,the quality of the wood is very good but I'm dissapointed in the finishing touches of the furniture.Our table looks like it has a funny animal in the center,has a fine crack on top of it and it doesn't look rustic like in the picture.Overall okish,we're going to keep it, but probably will not buy again from this company.

Communication is always excellent if there’s any issues with their delivery windows with Customer Services offering alternatives if there’s a long lead time on an item you’ve ordered.

I ordered a sheesham wood coffee table, and I am thrilled with it. The wood has such a beautiful rich warmth and its style is perfect for us. It was delivered by their own driver who told us how to unpack it safely. Their customer service is exemplary, can't recommend them highly enough.

I absolutely love our light mango 180cm dining table. It was a brilliant price - far less than anything else I'd seen and fitted exactly my idea of what I wanted. Customer Services kept me updated from order through to delivery and it was actually delivered a couple of weeks earlier by a really pleasant delivery driver who placed it in our room of choice. I have also ordered 4 wicker chairs which I am excited to receive. I will DEFINITELY use this company again and highly recommend them.

After some nightmare experiences with other companies we found Trade Furniture Company and thank goodness we did. The service is fantastic - you are kept up to date without having to ask, calls and emails are returned promptly and the staff are really helpful to deal with.

Honestly, the best company I have ordered from. Excellent customer focus and service.
We ordered several items for our room, arriving at different times due to covid-related import delays. One item had a fault (from production, not transit). I was immediately offered a replacement. Natali and Emily are extremely helpful and provide a friendly service. This company ALWAYS responds to email and telephone calls. Can't recommend them enough. We are thrilled with our furniture. We ordered from the Mango Light range. Sturdy, solid, quality furniture. No flat-pack! Competitive prices. Packaged very, very well. Friendly delivery drivers too. Delivery timescales provided. What more could you ask for?!

Best of all is excellent quality, solid wood and very well made, have paid more for chipboard veneer that falls apart.

I really appreciated the "Trade Furniture Company's" reliable and professional services, high quality products and excellent communication with their sale department at each stage of the purchase. They even responded to my enquiry about some details of the searched product, which unfortunately many companies tend to ignore. I'm very happy with the purchase of "Madrid chairs", that indeed arrived as planned, are high quality and look really great.

Used this company for first time and very very impressed with service received . Coffee table arrived and wall plaque in good condition and delivery on time with driver very polite . We live in a brand new house so finding it is difficult as postcode not recognised yet on sat nav but the driver found house and considering he was from the other end of the country I thought he was excellent. I have ordered goods from another company and they use Hermes as their courier and they are based locally but they can’t find the address and to be honest I will never use Hermes . If I order anything again and they use Hermes as the courier company I will cancel the order . A very happy Xmas to all at trade furniture and Thankyou for such a great service . Regards

Received my order of a dining table and 4 chairs only 4 working days after I ordered it . Driver was very good and polite. The table and chairs are top quality , I’m really pleased. Office staff are easy to get hold of and very quick with responding . Excellent company !
