Glitchy software supplied by CityIndex, trades rejected at critical moments due to server errors their end then a completely non existent customer support service. I waited 25 minutes to get a reply on chat and the reply was "Sorry for the delay, if it's urgent, call us". The CS agents have no idea of the product either, I think they are outsourced generalist call centre agents. If you are trading seriously, you need to trust your software and it's integrity. After what I experienced today, I have lost all trust in these guys and their offering.
