Sold a car with a known defect. Tried to cover it up with a bodge job repair. Do not buy from this garage. The experience has been terrible. The car had a problem in the first week. They say they fixed it and did a multipoint service. We have clear evidence that the service is not worth the paper it is written on and the repair was bodged. Have tried to correspond with the service department who are ignoring any complaints or correspondance. We are now paying money to the finance company for a car that is not usable. This garage is under BBC investigation, we are seeking professional advice. Arrogant customer service behaviour. How they achieve 4 star Trust pilot is unbelievable

I found the staff very friendly and helpful unfortunately I had to bring my husband to the showroom he has dementia he found the waiting area very hard with the different floor covering dark areas look like holes 🕳 which made it a little difficult but the staff were brilliant with him thank you

I would strongly urge people not to buy a car from Trade Centre UK based on my experience.

I purchased a Vauxhall Crossland X from them on 23/03/2026 and was not told that the vehicle had no service history. The car subsequently suffered a serious mechanical failure involving the 1.2L PureTech wet timing-belt system, leaving the vehicle unsafe to drive.

What has been most disappointing is the way Trade Centre UK has dealt with the situation. I feel they have simply washed their hands of the problem, leaving me to deal with a major mechanical issue and the stress and expense that comes with it.

In my experience, I was not given the information I needed to make a properly informed decision before purchasing the vehicle. I feel extremely let down and believe other customers should be very careful and carry out thorough independent checks before buying.

My personal experience has been extremely poor, and I would not recommend Trade Centre UK. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to think twice and thoroughly check the vehicle and its history before committing.

Called in Rochdale branch today after a phone call I made to the national number about the guaranteed £2000 px, I explain i saw a vehicle for £6000 online and would they px my old car for the £2000 leaving £4000 to pay, first of all the Rochdale branch didn't have any vehicle lower then £7500 which is fair enough but the time find out the £2000 px was on select vehicle and as I found out that was solely on high end performance vehicle £13000 and above, the sales said honestly dont listen to the people on the phones they just want to get you in stores and left me there branch number to phone direct, fair play to him but nah im staying well clear, good luck anyone that does see what they want and dont mind the prices.

Absolutely shocking company, bodged a repair after 2 weeks of purchase and now not accepting liability for works up to £2000. Happy to let a family drive in a car that was not fit for purpose or safe. Their customer service is non existent and they just wash their hands. Never buy a car from this company unless you want to pay thousands of pounds to fix their fault or be without a car.
