Jack, came and fixed a rat problem for us in November 2019. Jack is very professional, clearly very knowledgable in his job and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. He was punctual, very trustworthy and completed the job effectively with no issues. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

I have a rat problem between cavity wall for 5 years and was reluctant to find a pest control again due to previous let down by another pest control company. I am pleasantly surprised with Jack from Tracker Pest Control. He was punctual, clean, polite, friendly and more importantly, willing to listen and tried his very best to find out the roots of our problem. He even offered to opened up a hole in the wall to see whether if the rats came from our soil pipe. He mended it afterwards which saved me finding a builder to fix the wall. Jack is very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem. Very effective and eliminates our pest problem in no time.

Jack is a very nice young man who obviously knows his job and takes time to explain to you everything he will do, and use, to cure your pest problem, which he had resolved in no time at all.
He travelled quite a long way to get to us but his fee was still well below any local quotes that we got.
We would use him again without fail, should the need arise.

Great service. I thought i had a wasp nest in the garden and he visited next day. Cleared the nest in no time and said he would come back free of charge as many times required if the wasps returned.

I have used Jack at Tracker pest control 3 times . Each time Jack has explained the problem and told me exactly how he will solve it . Phoned Jack at 12.55pm and he arrived at 13.10pm. He explained what he was going to do, traced the wasp nest, donned his suit and treated it and was ready to leave at 13.30pm. He said we had a very large nest holding about 6,000 to 8,000 wasps and they were very grumpy. He said they should be gone within 12 hours but they had gone right away. It is now 20 hours later and we have no more wasps. I strongly recommend him. I'm 81 and he is old fashioned with the service we had years ago. He takes his shoes off cleans up and knows what he is doing. From me he gets 11 out of 10. Thank you Jack.
