At first I was delighted that my delivery on their website said 48 hours. I ordered on a Saturday so I thought it would be Wednesday (business Hours) when I did not receive a text from DPX and did not get my delivery on Wednesday. I emailed TP Toys customer services on Tuesday and received no reply PANIC as the climbing frame was for my grandchildren for Easter. I researched Trustpilot and found out I need to email Louis John at XDP he is the chairman of XDP and he kindly arranged delivery the next day on Thursday. You will need to do this as XDP can take a week to deliver. TP Toys did get in touch on Thursday,
Ordered on Saturday and received on Thursday is not 48 Hours, bear this in mind when ordering large toys. On the whole the climbing frame is well made and today is Easter Sunday and I cant wait to watch the grandchildren enjoy their present.

Trampoline safety not fit for purpose
Trampoline safety not fit for purpose. The materials are weak. T P Activity toys are even blaming the ladder that THEY supplied saying it's incompatible and could have damaged the structure near the entry. It's badly designed. The top reinforcement steel is half as thick as the last trampoline we had. Buckles in a breeze

I ordered an item for a pressie
I ordered an item for a pressie, chose my date on the delivery options and it never arrived. Tp has been good but it’s the delivery company. Still waiting for the item to arrive. I’ve since looked at other reviews and it seems lots of customers have had the same trouble.

Ordered an item in the sale and then noticed the next day that additional money had been taken off. Contacted them via Chat and before I'd even completed the conversation the money difference was showing as a refund on a PayPal notification.

AVOID!! Appalling service & still don't have what i paid for!!
Ordered for delivery Wednesday, on Monday it arrived early but 1 box was missing (the enclosure) the driver dumped it on my doorstep so I had to struggle getting it in as I'm disabled, hence why I booked delivery for the Wed when daughter could take delivery. Ive now really hurt my back. The driver said the missing box would arrive the next day. It didnt. I contacted TP and was back amd forth and they weren't bothered by any of this at all. I finally demanded a replacement enclosure after threatening to do a charge back through my bank They said it would arrive Friday. It didn't and they're now ignoring my emails. If the driver hadnt told me there was a box missing I wouldnt of known til it was put up and TP didn't know it was missing til i told them! I still dont have the item I paid for without this enclosure. AVOID THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE.

From our investigation, the initial issue arose due to one carton from your order being delayed within the courier network. Unfortunately, despite being advised it would follow, this parcel was not located by the courier, which is why a replacement enclosure was arranged for you as a priority. Regrettably, this replacement was also delayed in transit by the courier, which further impacted the expected delivery timeframe.
We completely understand how important it was for this to arrive in time for your granddaughter’s birthday, and we are truly sorry that we did not meet this expectation. We appreciate how disappointing and disruptive this has been, especially with your holiday plans affected.
In relation to the delivery experience, our courier XDP operates a kerbside delivery service only and is not contracted to deliver items into the property or to a room of choice. However, we are very sorry to hear about the difficulty this caused you and the impact on your health.
Please be assured that this matter has been taken seriously and we have already offered a goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience caused.

After nearly 20 years I took down the children's climbing frame, slide and swing at the weekend. Both in their mid 20's it was long past its usefulness. However I'm pleased to report that it was in excellent condition, virtually all the screws, bolts and nuts were as good as new as was most of the wood. Sad day but so pleased we bought it.

Very pleased with swing set
We ordered a swing from TP Toys last week, which came extremely quickly (literally the following day) and the kids absolutely adore it.
The website was great and we were kept well informed about delivery and so forth. As we haven't had any issues, I don't have any comment on customer service.

Website was easy to use, so was the payment. The products are great! The one I purchased is modular so I can add to it as my little one grows which will add years of use to the kit!
Instructions were easy to follow once organised, laying out all of the parts and pieces to match the item list in the front of the instructions helped to ensure I could follow the instructions and it was built within three hours (it took a while as my little one was very interested in helping).
The product safety features are very good! It came with ground anchors, the fittings are near seamless so no worries about catching skin or fingers and the fabric platform is very sturdy and safe.
Definitely will buy again from TP toys! I'll likely be adding to the modular frame to increase the play options as my little one grows!

Amazing customer service
What an absolutely amazing customer service. I recently purchased the grow slide for my daughter from Amazon and noticed a part was missing. I emailed tp customer service and within seconds I got a reply.
After a few checks and emails from their lovely staff a new part has been sent. Quality and price of product are really good aswell.
