Stealing from honest people
I haven’t had such a bad experience with anyone.
We are looking for a new flat as after 9y our landlord decided to move in back to one we rent.
We went to TPS agency and saw the flat we liked.
We told them honestly our situation - me, full time employed, but going on maternity leave in a few months and my partner who currently is looking for job and he is self-employed.
They said it’s ok, despite they knew we will not pass credit checks because of above.
Nobody advised us we should re-think it, but they collected deposit from us immediately and after checks failed they refused to give OUR MONEY back.
We are not credit check experts, so we believed them as an agency who deals with those cases on daily basis and should know procedures.
They know how difficult situation is due pandemic and they still treated us unfair.
I hope this review will help people not to be so naive.
