I found this company via Instagram,they specialise in Funko's some Rare ones too.I managed to order a Rare Harry Potter Funko ive been looking for.The Prices are very reasonable and i found the delivery fast too.Highly recommend this company

Horrible experience I would never advise anyone to shop with this company. Item took over a month and a half to get to me when I finally received it it was nothing like what was advertised. Reached out to the company they stated the company is shut down nor accepting returns exchanges ir new orders

I order something from them on December 4 2025 and until today I still have no received my package and every time I email them they tell me my package is coming I will never oder anything else from this company again ANGRY GRANDMOTHER

It game in the bag, the packaging has to assembled it is all bent and broken the dolls have smeared paint on them and they are tiny!!!! Absolutely not what was described and shown! It took over a month to get it and now $50 in the trash and my daughter does not get the gift that she was waiting for and dreaming about! WOW WHAT A FAILURE!!!

We placed an order November 4th and still have not received it. They sent us a tracking number and the item has not moved for 25 days. Do not buy from this company.

Order didn’t arrive tried messaging a couple times no reply, finally got one but nothing since then, shocking company, wouldn’t bother👍

I’ve tried giving Toyiverse plenty of chances, but they just can’t seem to get it together. Delivery is always delayed, no matter what I order. Their mystery boxes aren’t nearly as exciting as they’re hyped up to be, and I’m still left waiting each time. I had hoped things would improve, but nothing seems to change.

I wish I could give it less stars... Took over two weeks for my mystery box to arrive, the value of the box was meant to be £50+ but I've Google and done searching and mine comes to an average of £45 so under value.

Waste of money and time.

Very slow delivery time, states it’s been shipped a day or 2 later but the tracking never moves and then over a week or 2 later you receive your parcel

Trash mystery boxes, advertised at min £40 value (TPD) and didn't even get that. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from here! Bought several runs of mystery boxes and never received a “top hit”. Now I know they are not guaranteed but when I look on Facebook and eBay there is a sudden influx of exactly the same pops that I recurved. I don’t think that is a coincidence. Tried emailing and very rarely get any reply. Their customer service is shocking and I don’t think they speak English. Stay well clear!

Ordered an item in December, received nothing for several months except a tracking number that said the item was still waiting to be received and shipped. Contacted them by email several times after and got no response, so I had to open a paypal case to try and get my money back. They offered a refund or to ship a replacement, clearly hoping I'd pick the replacement shipment which wouldn't arrive before the paypal case closed automatically, and when I told them I just wanted a refund they never replied. Escalating the case to paypal to actually get my money back and I can only hope these scammers get shut down at some point soon.

Do not reply to emails, nor fulfill all their legal duties.

Avoid the Funko mystery boxes.

They’ve advertised “6 Mega Hits” - yet I’ve not seen one social post claiming to of been sent one of these items.

There aren’t any photographs of these mega 6 in a nature environment - only a photoshopped made collection of them. Yet new arrivals are photographed on a table.

My advice would be if it’s too good to be true, it usually is

I bought the Asia exclusive Mickey Mouse CNY tigger funko. It arrived in perfect condition and was delivered within two weeks of placing the order. Overall, I am extremely happy with the shop.

Purchased an Anti-Venom Eddie Brock Glow Pop + Tee bundle. After a week the item was marked as “shipped” and no tracking number provided. Emailed twice asking for a tracking number and received no response. Item arrived a month later - there was no plastic wrapping / seal on the box and it had been sent with very little packaging which resulted in the item being damaged. Contacted via instagram with photos and they said that “you must have got unlucky and got one without plastic wrapping.” Referred to me as “dude.” Said the damage isn’t their fault and provided no resolution. Item is valued at US$270 PPG. Will not be purchasing from them again. Poor customer service and professionalism.

Used a couple of times for mystery boxes and not only have I seen nothing but unsold stock used but I haven't seen anyone win one of their 'hit prizes'. Packington was done well but chances are if you buy a mystery box you'll end up with something you already have or can't get rid of.

Shocking customer service.

Sent items completely unprotected twice the Funko hard stack was shattered both times. charged me to return the item when the company is at fault for not protecting their items, zero bubble wrap,fragile tape and in a reused stinking boxes that previously had aerosols inside. first item was potentially second hand as had damage in multiple spots and missing wrapping on the Star Wars Funko in question. Got accused of being a scammer over 15 quid and then my messages have been read and ignored. I have all the evidence to back these claims up and i will certainly not be buying from them again.
