Complete Con!

Oh I wish I had read the reviews first... People are right about this company. I tried a one month subscription, and the messages I got were from scammers and bots.

The company informed me that they apparently don't have scammers and bots, but I KNOW what I saw in my inbox. These were fake profiles, and some people offering weird services for financial gains.

Nobody responds on the website. The whole thing feels shady. I unsubscribed, and I'm hoping that will be enough to stop any future payments. Be very careful if subscribing. My advice though, would be not to.

Totally waste of time.fake profiles and very few want to actually meet.most expect you to do all the eunning even though they apparently want ti date a mature woman. The sute is awful and trying to canceal your subscription isnt easy either they take further payments without warning or given you the chance to to continue with it. Trying to csll to canceal bever works. I canceal via paypal to end the subscription absolutely terrible

Misleading, borderline scam – avoid this platform

The entire experience feels deceptive. You’re shown fake engagement (likes/messages) to trigger payment, but once you subscribe, everything goes silent. The platform hides the cancellation option, making it extremely difficult to stop charges. This isn’t just bad UX – it feels like a trap.
I regret trusting this site and strongly advise others to avoid it. There are no real active users, and the “premium” experience offers nothing but frustration and wasted money.

Don’t sign up to this website

Don’t sign up to this website! I signed up to try the website. My profile wasn’t approved for 24 hours so I decided to unsubscribe and delete my account. I wasn’t able to delete my profile picture which is a breach of privacy as a start. I tried to delete my account but you have to call them. Do they answer the phone? No they don’t. They don’t even respond to emails. Terrible customer service trapping people with no escape!

Scam

£26 before you can even read a fake message. I would receive messages at 1:56am every day from profiles that don't reply. They are obviously bots set up by the company as it's a little too coincidental not to be (the alternative is that there are a lot of people online paying £26 to message me at 1:56am and never message me ever again!). I have no doubt it's their way to lure you in to thinking real people are messaging and that you therefore need to pay to read them. Ridiculous.

What a Absolute Joke from a man in early 40's

As a man of 40 somehing nearly I was attempting to give this site a second and final chance what a mistake and I am glad I did not spend any money on it.

Tonight (4/06/24) I had edited my profile two weeks ago and was greeted by a message telling my edits had been rejected on the basis of obscure and in my case miffed when it said "Nonsense" Well there site is full of nonsense fake profiles or for that matter dead profiles I told them what I really thought of them before leaving the fact they seem to not respond to Trustpilot reviews is telling.

The site is a scam it is a total rip-off, and it's not worth it, and it's clear it has no respect for the end user. I would say avoid it at all costs and do not enter any payment details.

Also they tried to make out I had been offensive and gave out contact details none of this is true. This is fraud operation nothing more.

Well just another scammy website to pay
Ive been on there for 2 weeks and basically you cant chat with anyone without a paid membership which is quite expensive and even after you pay it u will realize that there are maybe around 10 15 females into your area and all of them are wanted by another 500 dudes at least so there is that. the other part is the bots and fake profiles
So as a man i wouldnt recommend you this place if you wanna find anyone tbh it sucks :) and its dissapointing

A fake site.

A fake site.

Messaged them and told them not to take my money again. They have tried to take it twice since my three emails telling them not to.

Keep away. A nasty and cruel scam!

Update: 18th September.

They continued to retry to take money from my account until they succeeded today. This is after two further emails to their fake customer service

Claim made to bank and reported as fraud.

Daylight rubbery

Daylight rubbery, if you ask me. Don't ever subscribe to this site, if you subscribe and later on decide to cancel your subscription on their (web page) they will continue to collect payment from your bank account, they don't tell you that you still need to go into your PayPal and cancel the subscription with them also, otherwise they will continue to take your money and use their dodgy terms and conditions to justify taking your money.

With all other sites once you've unsubscribed directly from a website all forms of subscription are automatically cancelled.

Don't ever use their site bunch of thieves.

I suspect that fake profiles send messages to get you to pay

Three times now I have paid for membership on the back of receiving a message (you need to pay to unlock), only to never hear from that person again after paying.

I strongly suspect that these profiles are fake and deliberately send messages as a ploy to get users to pay - just my opinion.

I dont have a problem per se in paying for a site, but as other users have pointed out, I can concur that the number of women on here is relatively tiny - you only just need to do a search to see that.

One star and that’s being kind. Don’t waste your money.
Lots of fake accounts,
Very immature guys on here, ladies avoid it at all costs,
Arranged to meet guys, then day before you get blocked for no reason. Not worth the £25.99 for a month

High charge for high ratios and fakery

So the ratio of guys to women on that site is 80 women online during a period of 24 hours (which includes fake accounts, accounts that are actively rotated into online states once every month to make the site seem active) actual number is roughly around 30-40 real women, of which 50% are on the site for just the thrill of the chat not anything more....compare that to the 480+ men who are active daily and you see the issue here, unfortunately unless you are extremely set in life or brad pitt your chances of much happening here are almost 0. Sites like POF is literally completely free and you'll have a better chance.

Massive scam

After contacting them for a refund i've been told 'NO' as the company policy offer no refund for premium account.

As register on the website after first 5 min you can notice lots of fake accounts, after 20 min you realize there is 1real account/100.

Frankly, that's ridiculous. No respect for customers and their money. They telling lies all day long about moderating the fake accounts. 99% of accounts are fake. They not moderating nothing really.

There are fake accounts on those dating sites, but TBWH has only fake. AVOID!
