The product Joint Plus is great for my wives knee pains and I would give it 5 star.
However it is the pricing that I find confusing.
One tube is £17.95, if I buy 2 get 1 free as advertised it costs £44.85, surely it should be £35.90.
On a lot of your pricing like buy 3 get 3 free the costs don't make sense.
I would appreciate a answer I tried phoning but got no answer.

I ordered my Paingone plus pen. It arrived quickly. I started using it yesterday. I hope it will help me manage my chronic pain. However, the product has a money back guarantee that I can use, if it doesn’t help.

Dealt immediately with my complaint about faulty goods. But cannot complete review until replacement goods have arrived and tested.

A positive experience when shopping with Tower Health. They acknowledge orders promptly and equally despatch them almost immediately. I have found them really reliable.

I'm sad to report that Evri ( Courier)& Tower Health performed very bady. My package arrived late & at the wrong gate. When I reported the error & was told it had been left in a 'safe place ' which was on the ground outside the wrong gate after 8pm Neither Evri or Tower Health have had the courtesy to even offer an apology. I had to deliver a neighbour's parcel, which also had been left on ground outside the wrong gate, hardly a 'safe place'.

Product arrived quickly but the promised free gift wasn’t included. When I messaged customer service Millie sorted this out really quickly for me and the gift arrived very quickly. The pain gone plus pen seems to be making a difference to the arthritis in my knees though the sensation of using the pen takes some getting used to!

This was my first contact with Tower Health - and I am sure it will not be my last. Their service, both via email and on the phone, was excellent. It was clear they know what they are talking about and are caring of their customer’s needs

I have been using Arthrogel regularly for the last three weeks, and it has give positive relief from hip and knee pain.
