I bought from this company this month…
I bought from this company this month and am so impressed with everything. The customer service was even better. Graham in particular was great and when I ordered a few more boards to finish off another section of my garden he contacted me to let me know I'd ordered the wrong thing and he fixed it. Although im no intending on changing my decking again, I will recommend them to anyone who does and if I do move house and the decking needs upgrading, I'm going nowhere else other than Tough Decking.

Excellent product
Excellent product. The only reason you didn’t get a 5 start was because the delivery came and the driver couldn’t get the pallet truck under the euro pallet so we had to carry all the materials around to the rear of the house. Probably not your fault I know.

Your positive feedback although constructive also is much appreciated.
In some instances/deliveries due to different vehicles by the depots being used, we cannot always guarantee that the pallet can be unloaded off the tail lift.
Sorry this was not made clear before your order. We always try and be as transparent as we can to customers to avoid any nasty surprises upon receipt.
Our intention is always to be as honest as we can, as we treat all deliveries as a commercial delivery, even though 9 out of 10 times the decking is being delivered to a residential address.
Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience.
Any install and/or finished pictures of your decking would be greatly appreciated, if you can find the time whilst installing.

Used tough decking before for composite…
Used tough decking before for composite decking planks. We used the planks to make raised beds. All worked well. Came back to them for more. Fairly seamless operation, we went to pick them up from their new premises which are much more spacious. It took us less than 5 minutes, the guy knew exactly who we were and we were soon loaded up and gone. No complaints at all

From start to finish they could not have been more helpful and the 2 members of staff I spoke to and dealt with Graham & Rob if this is the standard of customer service and aftercare that's normal then there future is not just assured but extremely bright. If only all other companies had this extremely high standards then they would have a future that's productive and has longevity.
They are slightly more expensive than other's, but with a 15 yr gaurentee and advanced steel X clips for securing down no wonder they can offer the 15yr gaurentee.
The fact the decking boards come in 2.2 metre lenghts the wastage is extremely minium and so easy to lay down. Ideal for the DIY enthusiast and alot quick and cheaper for joiners or gardener's to lay thus migrating much if not all of the extra cost. The fact they come in 2.2 metre lenghts and 25mm thickness they are far superior to anything on the market. Ideal for extra weight bearing and Ideal for disabled adaptions for ramps and access solutions easily take full size electric wheelchair and body weight of disabled person. The fact they come with optional corner trims and not that stupid end caps is brilliant as this allows proper drainage and lets air flow making them truly minium maintenance just wash down with water these will drain and no algae growth or discolouration no flexing or distortion or movement whatsoever. The other outstanding fact is that they do VAT exemption for disabled people that a lot of companies do not or say pay full price and claim back. (Which you can not do, As it has to be done at source and time of purchasing) But Tough Decking are straight forward and handle everything for you aslong as you sign a VAT Exemption form if you are eligible so helpful and professional from start to finish go to the website once they upload pictures of full adaptions that have changed my life so much and that will give you an idea of what is achievable with this far superior decking from a proper professional and dedicated company.
