Great selection, fantastic quality, brilliant service
I used Touchstone for countertops in my new kitchen and was blown away by the service. I cook with a lot of ingredients that can stain and was very nervous about maintaining the pure white quartz that I loved - no problem they gave me samples - which I then put through turmeric hell and it passed! I was so happy with the stone, the service and the quality of their work. I felt confident enough to do my sideboard tops and window sills too. They really do care that you get what you want and feel happy with the result. It’s pretty unusual these days for a company to remain invested in pleasing its customers even after the customer has handed over all their money - but they are! Bravo Touchstone and many thanks to David, John, Andre and the rest of the team who are true gents and very, very talented

There aren't many companies that I feel compelled to sing their praises. Touchstone is one of them. From start to finish they have been an absolute joy to work with. Helpful, but without any pressure. Quick, but without being rushed. Their level of professional from start to finish has been unrivalled. The quality of work and attention to detail, second to none. Bought a piece of lovely granite from Touchstone for my fireplace. I don’t usually do reviews but this was possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had! Two thumbs up for David who went out of his way to be helpful. He organised the granite being delivered to me and was extra helpful when it was accidentally damaged during installation by the builder. I would definitely use these guys again. Truly excellent!!

If you want Quality, Fit and Finish....Professional Advice and be proud of your Tops when showing off your Kitchen or Bathroom to Family and Friends, Then go to Touchstone. I would not go anywhere else.

I can highly recommend Touchstone for anyone looking for a marble worktop. I visited the company to see what they had in stock and to get an idea of prices and David spent time showing me what might fit the size I had in mind. Helder came to template then I returned to choose my slab and the team went out of their way to help me, including craning a slab under a camera so we could overlay an outline to check I could exclude a resin filled area from the final piece, which the team managed to do and they cut it straight away. The worktop was ready soon after and was fitted by Helder and his team. It looks stunning and fits perfectly. Great service from a friendly, helpful and professional company

Touchstone Worktops were absolutely fantastic when we were doing our house renovations. Everyone there was very helpful in terms of helping us make the right decision, and supplying us with endless samples to take home and look at. David in particular was great, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our final choice. The installers as went above and beyond to make sure we had a great finish. They thought of everything in terms of getting the joins in the right position and the measuring was all accurate. They even made use of an extra piece we had left over as a splashback for the bathroom sink. I would 100% recommend using them.

Touchstone, and especially David, offer an amazing service at a very good price.

Because of my job I purchase about 5 kitchens a year, and I am disappointed that I did not discover Touchstone before.

I had used Touchstone before for a tricky kitchen iinstallation which they handled very well so I really wanted to use them again for our new bathroom. Everything was going perfectly until the installers accidentally scratched the shower glass but they and their boss took full responsibility and Touchstone paid for the replacement glass without question. The bathrom worktop looks great and they proved to be a very reliable and trustworthy business.

I cannot recommend Touchstone highly enough. David, Alpesh and the rest of the team have been an absolute delight from start to finish. I have found David refreshingly honest and helpful and all his recommendations have been practical and invaluable. He is an excellent communicator and very good on follow up. Touchstone are good on price, have a wide range of worktops and the finished result in our kitchen is outstanding. The team has over delivered on getting our worktop in quickly as they knew we had a baby on the way and that it was important to us to have the kitchen finished before she arrived so they pulled out all the stops to ensure we got the worktop as soon as possible.

I found Touchstone worktops by accident via google and I'm so glad that I did. David was absolutely brilliant to deal with and in 17 months of a renovation project, they were probably the most professional supplier that I dealt with. They listened to my ideas, improved upon them and came up with a design and solution that other suppliers had said was not possible. They also turned the whole job around very quickly so that it was finished for a family party. The finished job has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more delighted, it has "made" our whole kitchen. Thank you.
