Love these products, organic cotton and no chemicals unlike other brands! I've been using the subscription for years so never short of period products

I started using their liners and tampons because I wanted to find something that was natural and not polluting after reading about the chemicals in mainstream brands. I'm pleased to say they are the most comfortable period care I've experienced. Very pleased!

I love love LOVE their Natural Pads… They are the most softest pads I have ever bought and I can’t see myself going back to any other pad that I have used before… It’s such a game changer.

Terrible customer service, really do not care about their customers. I have been waiting for my order since the 17th of December. Received an email eventually to say the order is delayed with the courier. I have repeatedly asked for either a refund or to replace my existing order, still waiting for reply.

So wanted a plastic free product but the tampons are useless! I threw so many away the applicators don’t work on so many of them the twist mechanism doesn’t work or gets stuck. Such a shame and waste of money.

First time in my 13 years of having heavy periods I haven't had to worry about leaking. I was worried when using their super flow pads I would leak because they're so thin but they hold so much! They're also very comfortable and don't irritate my skin at all and my pain was less severe too! so glad I switched to this brand I'm sticking to them from now on.

I got some panty liners:
Pros: soft material, thin, no plastic packaging.
Cons: the liners don't stick enough and often get displaced during the day or crumpled up.

Good tampons but the applicators are so painful. I bought 2 boxes and the applicators are the same in both the tampon is pushed out too far and the cardboard scrapes the inside of your vagina so bad! It really hurts. Would not buy again at fear that they would be painful

I have been using TOTM for a few years and always loved their Subscription options, and that they are one of the few brands that does Organic Super Plus Non-Applicator Tampons. I have been waiting for my order from the 6th July, and then ordered it again on the 15th July. I have need my monthly products (as I am trying not to bulk buy or give in to overconsumption). I emailed customer service to be told an item was out of stock hence them not sending my entire order! No communication and I've been charged twice for items which I have not received. I will be cancelling my subscription once I have received my items. AVOID TOTM, go elsewhere where they actually send your products!

I am so happy I found TOTM ! Very high quality of products, easy to use and organic. LOVE IT!

Never again buying period pads in the shop as they are all full of perfumes toxins etc.

Wanted to love this brand, as I find the mainstream brands all make me feel uncomfortable. The pads and liners are great. But sadly the applicator for the tampons is utterly useless, yes you twist them to release but they still just don’t do the job and you end up throwing more in the bin that you can use. I’ve swapped to the non-applicator version on my next delivery to see if these are any better.

The applicators don't work. I thought flo was bad (their tampons get stuck in the applicators) but this was worse. The cardboard insert doesn't move so when you put it into your vagina, it is impossible to push it, let alone get the tampon inserted. The last thing I need when I'm on my period. I threw out the rest of the box.

I wanted to leave a review to say thank you. When I asked to return an order that was on its way (I’d forgotten my subscription and missed the email reminding me about it) I contacted the team and they said I could return and get a refund. This has helped me out massively and was done without issue so, thank you.

Was really grateful to find organic tampons online l ordered 5 boxes waited for period but unfortunately l have struggled with them... the paper where you have pop up is very smooth and it doesn't move easily to get the tampon in the right place! I have lost 5 and given up for now and back to using the plastic ones which are not very nice to use. After reading the reviews after l had already bought them... l have struggled with mine it seems like the concept is sound but the applicator doesn't work well with the actual use it's meant for.

I absolutely love the pads: soft, super comfortable and very absorbent. Great customer service after my last inquiry.

I will only use TOTM tampons I have tried lots of others. But they irritate me, using TOTM products is the best choice for me. I highly recommend them.

Really great company & great products & takes one thing off my mind every month that I used to have to think about! Highly recommend.

The most comfortable pads ever! Unlike normal plastic ones they are so much more absorbent and I forget I'm wearing them. Love getting them delivered through my door every month and being able to easily edit my order. Recommend this brand to all of my friends.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. It's about time this subject was taken more seriously and moved in a more health and environmentally conscious way.
