No problems with ordering or delivery and happy with product

Very satisfied with my first use of this website.

I have not received all of my orders. I have received 4 items all is 6 am still waiting for the 2 items and it's vary bad for me to see this big mistake hope i will receive them seen as possible.

All the indications are that the item was not delivered direct from Total Warehouse, but subcontracted to another supplier. That is not in itself bad, but the 7 day gap between order acknowledgement and actual shipping was worse than I would have expected nowadays.

The light fitting that arrived was differently named from the original advert, but appears to be a perfect equivalent and is satisfactory in all respects.

Pricing was good, packing was good and if it wasn't for the shipping delay I would recommend in spite of the product ambiguity.

I was kept updated on the status of my order from processing to shipment. Arrived promptly. Competitive prices and a great service.

Ordered a bathroom mirror light and shaving socket. Item delivered before time, well packaged so no need for replacement, exactly as described, easy to fit and working perfectly. Superb value for money and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

I ordered two fantastic flush lights for half the price listed on amazon. These were based on having previously owned the same lights.

Unfortunately, one of the lights turned up with a piece missing from the manufacturer, but Total Warehouse were quick to replace the entire fitting free of charge and without any hassle.

Would definitely buy from them again.

Just a quick note to say that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The service was excellent and I was impressed with the quality too. Five stars from me.

I ordered a product on 29th March on a 3-5 day delivery, I received no email confirmation, the money was debited off my card, and the on-line order status read 'awaiting shipment'. A few days later the card payment was credited, order status was still 'awaiting shipment,still no email received. So here we are 10 days later, I've tried ringing, as order status is still 'awaiting shipment' the only email I've received- this one asking for my opinion of their service. Pretty damn poor, if you really want to know,

My purchase was no longer available but I was offered an upgrade at no extra cost by a real person, and received a refund really quickly.

Variation in bulb length meant my order, received quickly, was not what I needed, Customer Service excellent on calling to arrange return, friendly and courteous!

Really pleased with the service given, item requested not in stock, received e-mail advising. Young lady in sales most helpful in choosing another item. Replacement item received but missing screw fixings. Phoned to advised of problem and within a day screws had been posted and receive by me. Very efficient and helpful staff.

Had a minor hiccup with an order but Total Warehouse went the extra distance to sort it out quickly. I had a real sense there was an intelligent human being working to help me at the other end of my communications.

Bought a fluorescent light online,on a very easy to use site,a very good price and delivery costs.delivery was fast,I would have no hesitation in buying from Total Warehouse again.

Then they cancelled the order on me saying they cannot get there advertised product any more
