Efficient, responsive & reliable

We are a National Lift Service and Repair company. We have been with Totally 24/7 for nearly 3 years and time flies when you get good service. The onboarding process was clear and concise with minimal disruption from transitioning from previous provider.

I always find Matas and Stephanie incredibly responsive with any requirements, even if last minute. As a company they are always looking at ways to add efficiencies to the embedded processes to improve what is already a very good service.

We are a mobility company for whom it is essential that our stairlift engineers can respond promptly to customers during emergency out-of-hours calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week, as well as provide crucial support to in-hours over flow enquiries across our network of stores.

Reliable, affordable and great service

Being in the lift industry, it is essential for our team of engineers to be able to respond to reports of entrapments and urgent call outs 24 hours a day. We have been with Totally247 for almost a year and we are very impressed with their services. Not only are they affordable, we have found them to be reliable when it comes to logging and passing on vital information about any out-of-hours calls that come in. Their online portal also gives a comprehensive breakdown of any calls handled by Totally247's team which is particularly helpful.

This was our first year working with 247. The support for the initial set up was clear and effective in working through the process for directing calls, this lead to a successful launch of the service.
