after several emails and even a phone call from there sales person Craig i'm still waiting for my product after 7 days althought they insist they have posted it.An awful company and even worse customer services.

Probably there is too much work and sometimes take a little bit longer to reply any mail or request.

The service that I recieved from Total computing was all I could have wished for and more. Nothing was too much trouble and they are certainly competative. For me they are a proven supplier.

Purchased a security suite in the form of a download. Proved to be totally incompatible with my system, even though I was already using the same suite on my computer. E-mailed TC with the problem and they immediately provided me with a different version. After a frustrating few hours of installing/uninstalling several programmes, I finally managed to get the download to operate successfully. (I have to admit to being something of a dinosaur at this lark!) Total Computing were very helpful and speedy with their response and with a saving of over £30, they are certainly a market leader in value-for-money - very well done!

I can across Total Computing when renewing my anti-virus software. The normal renewal was going to cost around £50 so I did some shopping around online and Total Computing undercut all the competition by about £10. I was a bit nervous that I was falling into a trap but the company had decent reviews so I went ahead and made the purchase. The licence key arrived by Email the next day and I was able to download the latest internet security software for about half the price of a standard renewal. No concerns about using them in the future.

By far the best price I could find online. Customer service was brilliant, I used the online chat facility to ask some questions before purchase and then had to call as had a problem when paying (which I think was my fault). The chap I spoke to was very helpful and went beyond what I would have expected. I will certainly use this company again without a doubt.

Ordered an anti virus system from Total computing at half the price to renew direct, activation key e-mailed to me the same day with accurate instructions for renewal. Followed these and hey presto my Pc's are protected for another year.

This was a really good offer for multi device internet protection software. Prompt delivery via email and easy download.
