Wish I had read this before I purchased TOAD appears to be a crap program however, this is only from the reviews. Tried to log on first answer e mail address already used. Second attempt does not recognise email. Have contacted customer services with all my queries they only reply Mondays and Thursdays which is inconvenient when you are trying to get the program to work without a licence number. Have requested a refund will up date later.
Had a mail giving me a new download site, I have ignored, and asked about my refund ticket as yet no reply. This company as per the other reviews as per the other reviews are scammers avoid like the plague.
Update 22/12/2025 stay as far away from this company as possible and read all the reviews ignoring the first couple which from the other reviews do not compare. No correspondence concerning my refund like other reviews they do not refund as advertised. This company are not real, they only give you links to follow and there is no real work done to make this soft wear top class.

Been using TOAD software on my 2015 Ford Mustang GT and 2012 BMW 328i. It's been helpful, catching issues like a faulty fuel pump and VANOS solenoid problem. The live data streaming is useful, but it can be slow to connect sometimes. I've saved money on repairs, but it's not a magic solution - you still need to know what you're doing. Overall, it's a solid tool that's worth having, especially for DIY car owners like myself.

If you’re going to get people to leave good reviews make sure they know what they are talking about, like the goose that used your software to fix his 69 mustang and 85 Porsche or something

Poor simple software, all the 'tuning' is done via other companies software which only links are provided.
Customer service is very poor only respond 2 days a week and I am still waiting.
Many links do not work.
The images are for 3rd party software. TOAD is very basic and not very useful. They make out it will provide solutions, but just tells you to buy other people's software

In 2016 my daughter purchased , through an account she made at their website, the Total Car Diagnostics (T.O.A.D ) software as a gift to me.
After recieving the purchase details including the program serial number needed to install software we logged into her account and changed the profile data to my information (email address, phone number, address, etc).
The programs worked great for me until my laptop was destroyed by an unexpected rain storm.
It has been well over a year that I have been with out the programs.
I have tried numerous times through their website support contact form to get help with downloading my previously purchased software/updates/etc..
I supplied , on the form, all the purchase details that were originally provided by them , invoice number, customer info and payment details.
They only responded one time , giving me access to my account.
I cannot find anywhere to download anythiing at all.
The Previously Purchased section of the customer account pages is blank .
I have submitted several support contacts forms only to recieve emails stating that they only answer support a couple days a week.
It is very disapointing to me for a company to just completely ignore their customers for ANY reason.
Even is the issues are not of their doings, they could at least acknowledge concerns and professionally explain their position.
I do understand that the problem I have with the computer damage and loss of software is my fault,
BUT
They do have in place on their customer account pages a section for previously purchased software which I do believe , if was used as intended,would be the perfect solution to this problem.

They are scamming people. It´s just lies. Software is very very very bad. There is NO UPDATE at ALL existing for this crap program. It´s not possible to connect to many car models. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY LYING GARBAGE.
UPDATE: They claim below they have refunded me. LIE LIE LIE .. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME. THEY CONTINUE THEIR SCAMMING. BUY NOT FROM THESE LIERS. Edit: They claim below on March 29, 2023 they have refunded me, that is just another LIE from these scammers. I have NOT recieved a single penny from these scammers and liers. Don't buy the garbage they are selling. You can get better software for free on the net than this crap they are selling.And they say it doesn't work in "my case".. well, since there is no upgrade available for several years.. how could it work then with new computers, new window versions, new car models et.c. !! I checkee now, 2013 is latest update. If I try to update, it says "an error occured checking for updates. Please try again later."" I have tried for over a year now and also contacted these lying scammers but they don't care and don't have any updates. It says copyright 2009-2013. So perhaps 2013:is latest update. That's 10 years without update, " lifelong updates" they promise ...ha ha. Too bad that all people don't check out Trustpilot before they buy stuff on internet so "people" like they can scam and earn money on people like they do.
Still today August 8,2023 no upgrade on software although they claim "lifetime free upgrades".

I had purchased toad scanner for windows 7 and tried to contact the company several times with no response .
Now I want to update to Windows 11 but cannot get a response.
It appears that after you purchase they no longer care about the customer.
Going to buy another product where the company cares about its customers

I thought this was going to be amazing based on the advertisement. Turns out it is just a waste of money, sad to say.

I had the VAG-COM interface but hadn't used it for a few years. I couldn't find the software or even remember where it had come from - but these guys helped me to install it and get my Ibiza talking to my PC again with no charge! Amazing support beyond expectations.

Software is very basic and quite hard to install! I asked for a refund and they said let them try and help me first so I emailed them for help to which I had no response.
