Just another lead generation site, getting paid a fee for transferring you to an insurance broker but unwilling to confirm this which is against the law and hung up when asked to remove my details from their system. Don’t waste your time, phone a broker direct.

Failed to call back, despite chasing several times
Calls into Total Insurance were answered promptly and ALL my calls were handled in a professional and friendly manner. There wasnt the expected 30 or 40 minute in a queue waiting to be answered. Pleasant surprise. However, from Total Insurance I was then transferred to Policy Link, once again I received good Customer Service, especially by Adam and Sam. Calls were answered in a timely manner. Policy Link recommended JB Brokers as the best price comparison. A call & email was promised by Policy Link from JB Brokers within 30 minutes (10:30 am). Unfortunately neither happened and consequently further calls to Total Insurance and Policy Link were made throughout today (13:30, 15:20, 16:00 and 16:10). On each call I was assured a call within 30 minutes would be received or to call back! As of this review, at 18;00, there has been no call back or email from JB Brokers. Shocking Customer Service! If this is how JB Brokers handle new business and potentially a new customer, I'd now have serious concerns as to their approach and handling of an insurance claim. A really POOR show JB Brokers, sadly as a result a negative reflection on Total Insurance and Policy Link.

Hi after calling me without a appointment, then says they cant quote after 30 days, just rude and arrogant will not be giving my business to people like this who take customers for granted and have no telephone skills, they forget there are millons of insurance companies out there

Just waste of time; they will call you and passing you to different departments and at the end they will simply say sorry we can not insure you; although I have 12 years no claim discount , 0 points on licence , no claims or accidents in the last 12 years
