The item I ordered was posted quickly but for an unknown reason was delayed for several days by Royal Mail so Total Fishing very kindly refunded my postage costs. The item arrived a couple of days later. The problem was entirely with Royal Mail and not Total Fishing. The item ordered was very good.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I placed an order by mistake. I emailed to cancel the order. I got a reply the next day to ask my order number even though it was clearly on the email I had sent (the email had the full order on it) I replied. Heard nothing back for three days. I tried emailing to find out if it had been cancelled. Got no reply. Then got an email 3 days later to say it had shipped. When I emailed to complain I was told they had ignored my previous emails because I had sent more than one email. Ridiculous. This could have easily have been cancelled that day. They chose to ignore it! Will not be using them again.

Absolutely first class service from these guys.
Bought a product in the Christmas sales and unfortunately by the time my order went through stock was showing 0, so they refunded me and were super apologetic.
Having a browse today and saw that there was 1 left on their website and contacted them. They sorted me out with the same price as in the sale and were beyond helpful which isn’t common place these days! Can’t recommend them enough!

Short shelf life of bait
Took advantage of sale shelflife Nash flake but on arrival it was manufactured in 2024 and expires May. Month earlier I had some Nash boiles expiry 2027 so wasn't expecting such short shelf life as was stocking up for summer. Custometr service appalling no understanding of why I expected a decent shelf life given previous order was 2027 expiry and refusal to pay for return as it was in date. That's one regular customer they have lost.

Sold second hand reel as new
Bought three new carp reels they arrived today.two were fine and brand new the third was defective and was obviously a previous customer's return so I was sold a defective second hand reel.
Am know going to send all three back as I can't be sure of the reliability of these reels also when you go on the website to contact them you have to check back into their site for a reply they can't even be bothered to send an email anymore.
Just hoping I get my money back as if they are selling second hand goods as new it doesn't give me confidence.

Purchased the Fox - Sherpa-Tec Jacket Khaki from Total Fishing and it’s a cracking jacket. Nice and toasty now it’s turned icy in 🇬🇧 The Sherpa fleece lining is just the right thickness. I’m 6ft 4 and the XL is perfect with room to move, but the colour is off in the website images. It shows khaki and a more brown colour, but in reality it’s olive green. A little misleading, but hey….It’s a jacket to own, if you’re in for a nice warm and waterproof option. Would have been 5 stars if the colour matched the website👌🏴
