Absolutely delighted by both the service and products from Tor Stone - and we bought a lot!! (Balustrades, urns and two lions).
What has been outstanding has been the service from Chris. I was nervous about which balustrades to choose so he brought examples of each one to the house so that I could see the different shapes and sizes in situ. That made such a difference - and I ended up choosing a different size than when I just looked online.
And he has then been immediately available to answer any of our questions as the builder was installing the balustrades. Really kind and supportive.
And they look fabulous and we couldn't be more pleased.

I have now ordered 2 beautiful dragons. I love them both. Ok, delivery was later than anticipated, BUT well worth the wait! The detail is superior to other dragons I've seen, as I looked for a very long time.

We ordered a Pedestal bird bath. Torstone were friendly and helpful throughout. They glued it together in situ for us and it looks great.

Shocking service wrong item delivered wrong colour, delivered late and wrapped in underlay, communication from this dodgy company nil be very wary of using this company, ruined what should of been a memorial for someone special!!!

Toby and the Tor Stone company went above and beyond, Truly excellent old fashion service delivering a stunning birdbath. They responded quickly to my queries. Not only did they keep me informed and agreed a date and time they went the extra mile by taking the Liberty birdbath into my elderly mothers garden. He was even kind enough to put the birdbath together on the site my mother requested. You truly don't get service like that any more.

I ordered a stone plinth which was delivered well within the advertised timescale. Very pleased with the item which looks exactly as per the website.

The item received was not the item shown on the web site. The colours were all wrong. Took exactly 28 days to receive even though the web site says "in stock".
Hard to contact Tor Stone. The landline number was never answered. The person who eventually answered the mobile was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful.
Tor Stone do not know the meaning of god customer service. I would have sent the item back but realised Tor Stone, going off my 4 weeks of hell, wouldn't be interested. Sold to someone else at a great loss.
My advice, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a large Baluster bird bath which was delivered within two weeks. Paid for the set up which was worth it, as it weighs over 100kg and required turf removal, stone adhesive and then time getting it perfectly level. A beautiful addition to my garden which I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Lovely man who I believe is the company owner set it up - I’d definitely use Tor Stone again; great company.

I was shocked by the poor quality of the stone troughs I ordered. They were not stone but compressed sand that crumble at the slightest movement. And when I called them they were dismissive and rude. And refused to help.

Ordered two pieces for the garden to compliment a Japanese theme. The online pictures don't quite do the products IRL justice; they're stunning! Delivery was prompt within the timeframe given, the driver Toby informed me of their arrival in good time and was very helpful unloading the goods near to their placements. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his recommendation of the stone glue as an option to add permanence. Would highly recommend and look forward to seeing how the pieces age with time.

Richard delivered two caps we ordered for our brick pillars, he was so polite and carefully placed them in our garden. The caps are beautifully made and were delivered in the 7 to 10 working days as specified. Would highly recommend this company and Thanks Richard!!

I purchased more balustrade a few days ago , and I am over the moon. The service that this company provides is brilliant. The product was delivered to my door and wow , just wow. If anyone is looking to order Stone statues or balustrade you will not find a better company than Tor Stone. From start to finish it was simple, it was easy to order on there website and I was contacted and kept updated on my delivery. The gentleman who delivered my balustrade moved it into position so I didn't have to , and even moved my other stone statues to make my garden look even nicer. Thanks again Tor stone , I will see you again!
