Was Super professional stuck to the quote given turned up when they said they would and on completion sent pictures so I could see the job was complete as I wasn't onsite. Really pleased with the service.

Positive experience from start to finish.

Bruno was super helpful over the phone as he kept me updated on every step of the process, as I was not home at the time of collection, and from what I see now being home, guys did a great job at the front yard, since all the waste is gone now.

I was disappointed, two guys turn up take a quick look and double the price. I had spoken to someone and told them what needed to be collected, and we agreed the cost on the phone. I wouldn't waste your time.

Excellent service: called back in a timely fashion on my email query, agreed a day and a time for collection, arrived when they said they would and cheerfully & efficiently removed the waste I had. They even found time to talk to the cats. Top marks to the friendly Alex and Arsene. I think that it was all very easy as I had clearly identified the waste to be removed and did not underestimate the amount.

It was the best experience of removing my stuff with Top Waste. I recently moved into the new flat and had to buy lots of stuff which left LOADS OF cardboard boxes. As the council hadn't taken them for recycling, I had to find the company to collect the boxes. I tried to contact literally 8 companies but their answers were very late and the price was far too high.

I talked to one of their staff, Martin, on Whatsapp (It's so convenient that you can just talk to them on Whatsapp. I could send the picture of my stuff and got the quote) and he was extremely helpful :) He arranged the collection super quickly and the guys came on time (like exactly on time). The best service ever and I'd definitely recommend this company to my neighbours!

Great service on the phone and in person. I didn't have any pictures for the quote because I hadn't arranged everything just yet and the quote was close, but came in slightly cheaper when they saw what I had. Quick, efficient, and Alex and Radu were very friendly. Will definitely use again when needed.
