Nice floor and installation but one complaint

Flooring and the installation happend as per the agreement, flooring looks nice, quality looks good.
Initial inspection and the communication could be better. the technician didn't check the uneven floor on a small portion of the floor, It was clearly visible. At the time of the installation i was told that i would be my risk to install the floor on the uneven floor. I had no time but to agree. The technician came 15 days before the installation, I would have levelled the floor before the installation.

We would recommend to install NO floor…

We would recommend to install NO floor at all before you let yourself in with Toplvloeren. The service of this company after a sale is equal to what you would expect from the worst of the worst. People: stay away from this company! (no matter what temping propasal you may get or find)

Left a mess behind.

They did a job for a friend of mine and when they finished, they left without cleaning up and leaving plenty of garbage thrown around.
I wish I could upload here the picture he sent me.

Very unprofessional, I will definitely not chose them in the future.
