Wonderful experience working with Giuseppe and his whole team of Tour Guide and escorts. Not a detail was missed. Giuseppe made great recommendations during the planning of this trip and was very accommodating to changes that needed to be made.
Giuseppe was always available before and during our trip everything worked so smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough, especially for groups/families traveling to Venice.

Giuseppe and his team planned and executed the best 20 hours ever spent in Venice. Giorgia, Maria, the gondolier, the Murona glass guide, and the water taxi drivers all treated us very special and gave us a welcoming visit to the city. This was the perfect romantic evening to add on to our honeymoon! The gondola experience was so lovely and since we scheduled a little later the canals weren’t as busy. The gondola takes you to a Venetian palace where we had the best chicetti in all of Venice! They really went out of their way to accommodate my gluten allergy too! Giuseppe helped arrange the entire event perfectly and always responded so quickly!

Giuseppe was amazing! He was supped helpful even before we arrived. He contacted us to ensure we knew what to expect for our transfers and tours... he explained tour's... he offered options and made a few changes we needed to make for work. Super accommodating and kind!

Laura was a friendly face after a long journey, and she helped us find a wonderful restaurant for our family to have dinner. Maria was fun, extremely knowledgeable, and a great guide. I have been to Venice several times and used Top Venice for a variety of services. They really are "TOP" and go the extra mile for anything. Besides being transport wizards in a city that is not easy to navigate, they know all of the best places to visit and even arranged a small private dinner when we had family visiting us. I would not book a trip to Venice without first contacting them for help in organizing everything. Communication is excellent and the owner is just a really nice person! Highly recommended!
