Automatic refund? A scam or a glitch?
Okay, I used this website a lot back then. I wanted to purchase something. But when I bought it, it IMMEDIATLY got refunded, even though I did NOT ask for one. I don't know why or how this could've happened. I contacted customer service. And I asked them to cancel the refund. But they kept saying "Your order has been successfully refunded" but that's not what I wanted! I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. So, just be careful guys.

In most cases, an instant refund is triggered automatically when the payment is not fully confirmed by the payment channel or is reversed by the provider’s risk controls (e.g., authorization/3DS issue, bank decline after authorization, security checks, region/IP/device changes). In those situations, the order cannot be completed, and the refund cannot simply be “canceled” from our side—because the funds are already being returned through the payment provider.
