I’ve always always bought the same size…

I’ve always always bought the same size and style of jeans. I accidentally ripped my most recent pair so ordered another pair however I don’t know what’s happened to their sizing but the jeans literally look half the size of my other pairs, despite being the same style and size! Ridiculous

Fast delivery, Good quality product

My order arrived quite quickly, however there were some issues when I ordered. I did not receive a confirmation order, so I had to contact customer services, and they dealt with it accordingly. I received a text message from Hermes, a week later that my order will be delivered that same day.

Guaranteed delivery, lies!

Beware of the promises for guaranteed delivery, I ordered an item to be guaranteed delivery on the 24th of December. I did not receive the item until the 28th of December, too late for Christmas, so my daughter did not have a Christmas present on Christmas Day! I understand the post is slow at the moment, But you should not make promises that you simply cannot keep. I thought it important to warn other customers that your ‘guaranteed’ delivery, is not in fact, guaranteed.

Never delivered - very difficult to get refund - resolved

Ordered a coat to the US. It was not delivered after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service via email and they said they would ask the carrier services. After days of me following up back-and-forth, they said the package had been delivered already. After escalating the request to a manager, I was finally able to get a refund processed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOPSHOP UNLESS YOU CAN SPEAK TO AN ADVISOR. I ORDERED BACK IN MARCH 2020 AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER WHICH WAS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. THEY DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS AND REFUSE TO ANSWER THE 100’S OF MESSAGES I HAVE SENT THEM.

The worst customer service

I’ve been waiting over a month for a return , nobody replies to my e-mails . I simply cannot believe this from a shop . Don’t by from them , until now I don’t know if they will return it or not . They don’t care about customers . They said I’m I have to send proof of postage , and I did . Still they don’t give me my money back . Shame on you !!!!

My order was assured delivery on…

My order was assured delivery on December 17th and I still don't have it today the 28th. So wasn't able to give it as a Christmas gift. There's no way to get ahold of anyone in Customer Service either. All the hyperlinks for help just go to their home page. I'm really disappointed and will never order from them again.

Terrible service

I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter 11 Dec, I received a 'thanks for your order' email. I still haven't a dispatch date. I have emailed twice now asking where my order has got to and for a refund, as it is now far too late for Christmas. Still waiting for a reply and refund.
May other shops are still managing to operate a decent quick service despite Covid. But not Top Shop obviously

Even if topshop are rescued I'm never shopping here again

Even if topshop are rescued I'm never buying from them online again. Weeks before the Arcadia bust was announced they stopped their customer service line so I couldnt contact them about a gift voucher I had that wasnt working. Then I made an order online, most of which I returned. This was again BEFORE the announcement. The return went unrecognised for about 6 weeks, I had to try and contact them through several different avenues because they dont have a customer service line (!!) and finally got them to acknowledge my return and refund. Only now they haven't bothered to inform klarna of this so I'm left chasing them AGAIN. Their clothes generally suck so I dont even know why I bother to shop here, most of their better items can be found cheaper somewhere else. Their online service is beyond appalling (for reference Debenhams is going bust but I've never had a problem with their CS or online in that time). TS also decided that to use a voucher in store you had to spend 100% the value of it in cash on top of whatever you buy, what a total joke. Wont be shopping here ever again, i feel sorry for the people who work here but I hope it goes under tbh.

Also I don't know what's going on but there are some super weird reviews for topshop on here which are 1 star but start off with a couple of really positive sentences before going on to say how rubbish their experience was. Very suspicious.

Over a month wait for package to ship.

Bought a few things for Black Friday end of November. It is now almost Christmas and still no word when my items will arrive. Estimated delivery date has been pushed back 5/6 times and now it says December 29. That means I paid for shipping to get my package over a month later. PAID for shipping! Worst part is it’s impossible to get a hold of their customer service or their carrier to see where the package is and why there is a delay. No word from them as to why I’m still missing a package. No wonder they went bankrupt, their company is very unorganized. If you want something from their brand buy it in store or through another retailer. They are the worst when it comes to online shopping. Specially during covid.

Had to make a review because I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my order and nothing! Contact customer service to let them know why its taking so long when online it only states 5-7 days and they didn't even respond so I emailed a second time and got a response 3 days later!!! Keep in mind this is now 3 weeks with none of my products I purchased!!!! I am now still currently waiting a refund. There customer service is HORRIBLE they shouldn't even be aloud at Nordstrom's they are a terrible company and a SCAM with online purchases

Cancelled my order four days after I had purchased it

I ordered an item from here for Christmas and four days later they emailed me to tell me it had been cancelled. They gave me no explanation, just that I would be refunded. I went back to their site to search for this item and it was no longer there. So, they sold out of it, even though I had paid for it and four days later informed me of this! I was very disappointed in the poor communication! It shouldn’t have allowed me to buy it if it wasn’t in stock and it shouldn’t have taken so long to inform me! I was very upset that I wouldn’t be able to get it in time for Christmas now, luckily a far better store was able to send it and got it to be very speedily! This is a very poor store and almost ruined my Christmas!

They are not deserved any star. As I bought coats for my daughter. She did not like it I want to return it. They are not accepting even I bought it only 7 days. They say sorry you bought it before 30th of November. Only exchange.

Slowest refund ever!!
16 year old daughter returned a top online, was collected from the parcel shop on December 5th and her refund was only processed on December 21st, meaning a possible 5 working day wait for the cash to land back in her account. For it to take the best part of a month to get a refund is pathetic

I’ve never had a problem.

I’ve ordered from Topshop loads of time. My items arrive very quickly, I’ve never had a problem with Topshop. Easy to access everything on the website and easy to place the order.

BEWARE TOPSHOP IS A SCAM DESERVES NO STARS

Would Give Zero Stars If Possible Buyer Beware Especially U.S. Customers. All The U.S Customers I Spoken To Have The Same Experience With DPD Saying The Unable To Deliver Parcel. I Made My Order On November 24. It Is Now December 20TH and still no package The absolute worst customer service you have to create a Twitter to get in contact with them and after you text them a certain amount of times they stop replying. they give the same Robotic Response And they reply 24 hours later. I had to figure out who was delivering my parcel on my own and when I spoke to usps they told me topshop could be running a scam Than I Looked And Topshop filed for Administration On November 30 And Is Liquidity Everyone Money Do Not Order they are taking people money and using COVID as an excuse Saying It Takes Time Or They Say Your Package Got Lost I’ve Seen It All Over Twitter they don’t give refunds Or They Only give partial refunds , those who do recieve their package have items missing. very unprofessional Just Give People Their DAMNN MONEY IF YOUR NOT GONNA GIVE THEM THEIR ITEMS. I See Topshop Having A Lot Of Small Claim Court Cases In their future

Inexperienced, borderline rude staff

Inexperienced staff often do not show any inclination to help. Have ordered things to the store and requested a friend to pick them up, the e-mail states you just need to show the order confirmation and sign the parcel. My friend was however declined and when staff were questioned, they disregarded the information written in their own e-mail. Have also inquired about stock and other sizes etc, staff simply do not bother checking. Overall very very poor customer service and feels like there is no real authority.

Received two dresses in the post

Received two dresses in the post. Returned them both because they did not look like images on site and I didn't like them. Anyway I returned these dresses almost four weeks ago and I have still not received any notification or acknowledgment from Topshop to say they have received my return. I have my proof of postage from post office. I have tried to get hold of Topshop by emailing their customer service team, facebook messager and I have tweeted them. No reply from topshop Atal. All I want is my full refund.
