We had a very bad experience with Top Quoter Ltd/ TQL.

Which Legal (legalservice.which.co.uk) were very good, and helped us. We highly recommend Lauren, our advisor.

According to Companies House, Top Quoter Ltd/ TQL, company number 07897785, is "active" and has net assets of £250,000.

Should TQL be in administration, there are possibilities to get your money back. Plus, TQL's Director is also Director of My World Eco Ltd, which is trading.

Fake company! They are known for defrauding honest customers. Head over to thr reviews of TQL Kitchens and see for yourself. They will take your money and not deliver.. Please stay away!!

It’s a shame you have to add a star to write a review because I can’t think of anything that would merit a star.

We paid a deposit for a kitchen in October 2020. Two weeks later TQL contacted us to say our kitchen would be delivered two weeks later and we needed to pay the balance. We paid almost £6,000 by November 2020. Two weeks came and went. No contact from TQL. We chased them and got to various members of staff, eventually after scores of phone calls and rude responses.

The excuses:

November 2020-January 2021
- your kitchen is delayed in Italy due to Covid

January 2021-February 2021
- The kitchen has arrived in the UK and is in our facility. The doors are not ready yet

February 2021
- Your kitchen will be delivered week beginning 19th April

April 2021
- Date came and went
- Sorry kitchen doors have a problem. Kitchen will be ready May. Guaranteed.

May 2021
- After many calls again from was told that there was no intention to deliver by an angry employee of TQL
- After Many more calls the owner promised that he would deliver, solve our issue and remain in contact.
- From May 17th the owner stopped taking our calls.

This company has taken our money and others judging from the honest reviews. Do not be fooled by the suspicious 5 star ratings of others.

Judging from the dates of complaints, TQL have taken money from new customers whilst not delivering to existing ones.

TQL - FRAUD - company trading insolvent which is fraud and a criminal offence. The director and owner needs to be reported for fraud and be disqualified as a director.

He has stolen everyone’s money and WILL NOT pay back , blaming the pandemic whereas happy to take our money in the first instance

TQL stole my money. Court told them to pay it back. Don't fall for the positive reviews. On 6 April 2021, the court ruled in my favour: IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. Judgment on the claim for the Claimant against Defendant for £5862 (inc interest) and costs of £745 (inc witness expenses). Do not use them!

Please beware that this company is not reputable. They are part of a larger TQL brand, and are known to post fake positive reviews to reel in customers. One look at the profiles for positive reviews will show you that they have only ever posted one review.

The company will gladly take your money, but won't deliver any of the goods. Head over to the reviews for TQL Kitchens and see for yourself the negative reviews, and same pattern for the positive reviews as Top Quoter. No one in their right mind should buy anything from any of the associated brands with TQL and Top Quoter unless you want to lose your money.

Bedrooms were the perfect early presents for the kids, now they keep themselves occupied and it means I have less to clean up after them. Fantastic job done

Turned my useless garage into a beautiful in house bar. Best decision we ever made. We’ve become the chosen host for all of our family and friend gatherings thanks to you. The room is amazing in comparison to what it used to be, you did an superb job.

You were all so friendly and polite from start to finish, even with the issues with the delivery that was completely out of everyones control. The lads fitting the kitchen were so careful with moving around and even the cleaning. Treated it like it was their own home.

Terrific job sorting out our terrible old boiler. I was forking out a couple hundred a year if the boiler broke down. I should be set for the next coming winters with this new kit. I really appreciate how quick you got me sorted and up and running.

I cannot begging to thank you for the bedrooms you had sorted for our 3 kids Me and the wife suddenly have more a quieter house and get to enjoy the living room with a bit more peace and less bickering. Cheers for the hard work and efforts! Merry Xmas

There must have been some sort of prophetic dream I had before getting the garage conversion last year. After bickering with my wife for a while I assured her it would worth while. I have enjoyed saying “I’m going to the office” this lockdown after turning the garage conversion you had completed for us into a in house study/office. The work was wonderful but the joy of being smug this whole year has been even better.

Our boiler chose the best time to break down would be just before Christmas. Thankfully we had a mate who had just had one done by you guys and sent me your details. Firstly, thank you for making sure we have heating this winter and secondly thank you for not breaking the bank. Merry Christmas to everyone at Top Quoter.

This company has truly outdone themselves. I cannot wait for Christmas to show off the new kitchen for the family when they come round. My sister and mum have both been harassing me about it since we got it done in February. Can’t wait to rub it in their faces!

6 weeks into this new kitchen and we’re are still loving the hard work you guys did for us. Can’t wait to enjoy this kitchen all throughout this coming lockdown. I’m so happy we did it sooner rather than later.

I’m still in disbelief every time I come downstairs to the kitchen and realise we had the kitchen done. I’m still so glad we managed this especially in time for these small city lockdowns getting worse. Honestly, the last 6 weeks have been an absolute breeze getting this all sorted and fitted thanks to Eric and all the fitting team. Bless you guys!
