Worst experience ever buying online!

Never got my package and they never return my money!

I cannot believe this company is still operating.
I placed my first order with them for a pci to sas adapter, after 1 month, and several requests, they have now cancelled my order, and I should get a refund in 5 Days..

So my advice, they might look good, and have nice prices, but if they don't have the items they are selling, what is the point.

Avoid at all cost.

Paid for 2 items via PayPal 1 arrived but the more expensive motherboard NEVER arrived!
I am furious after over 2 months of being ignored.

Absolutely appalling service still waiting 5 weeks later with no contact or valid explanation I would advise to never order from this site.

Terrible experience.

I ordered 6 items on 11th of May, but I haven't recevied until 2 weeks. So, I used the Live Chat that what is going on. The staff said one of item was broken, so they didn't send them.
THEY MUST SAY THIS ISSUE TO ME. However they said nothing, and I just waited for 2 weeks, and I had to wait a week more to receive it.
Therefore, I cancelled, but the staff in Live Chat was very rude, she just left the chat room.
This is really terrible experience ever.!!!!

My first order was returned for unknown reason and the money refunded. My second order arrived fast. But one of the perfume bottles was screwed open and some of the juice dripped off. Fair enough this may be because of rough handling in post. The other bottle in the same order had its box worn out and not looking new so it's no good for a gift anymore. Also the bottle inside was upside down?! And the bottom of the box showed a fingernail marking like it had been opened before. Both of the bottles came inside a bubble wrap envelope and not in a cartboard box! I'll see how they react on my complaint and will fix my review if we come down to a satistying solution.

I ordered a £40 big papasan chair cushion from thm, received no ordering confirmation email or number so contacted them when it hadn't arrived in time it said it would. I got given an order number of 6 and told to be patient!!!!
When it arrived (from China) it was less than four times smaller than advertised not a cushion for a papasan chair at all despite measurements even being on the listing. It didn't even look like it and would have cost £1 not £40!!!
In reply to my complaint email they had the cheek to ask for a photo of it to help them investigate and when supplied with one and asked to refund me they offered me only a voucher for £10 off my next spend with them!!!!!! Am having to reclaim the money from credit card company. How are they still able to trade?!

I placed an order with this company on the 15/4/18 And I can find no way of talking to a real person about when I will get delivery, I just get an auto reply when I ask for a delivery date, I will never use them again.

Slow delivery , 2 weeks, but I received my order from postman, and l don’t have to pay any extra charges on tax or postage,looks genuine to me.

Complete scam - my worst experiance with online sales - I paid them for something in good faith that they said was in stock. After 2 weeks they wrote to me saying that the item was not in stock and they deducted 5% from the money they paid me back.

I wouldn't use this company again. Took far too long for the order to arrive, over 4 weeks. Plus the added £15.00 import duties and the £8.00 Royal Mail handling fee made the perfume far more expensive than it should have been. The company should make the customer aware of the extra charges. That way an informed decision can be made before placing the order. Buyer beware.

Never received items, lied about delivery then when asked for refund they ignored me. Never had my money back.Should check reviews before purchasing anything from them.

Ordered perfume not realising it was from Switzerland.
After 6 weeks i get royal mail card to say I owe £12.43 custom charge plus £8 royal mail fee.
I bought the perfume for £35 plus £7.50 postage and im not paying another £20.43 for perfume which is only £42 to buy anyway. I want a refund as didn't state till I paid it was Switzerland 😠😡

A company that keeps you well informed about the status of your order. I had to wait a bit more than usual, bit this was definitely worth it when we look at the prices of the products. I am satisfied with the service and the products from my order. Higly recommended.

Ordered a Radar Gun for £103 with a 2-6 day delivery as it was a 'stock item' and got an order confirmation email and order number.

7 days later and no item and no contact. Messaged them using contact form saying if they could not supply then to cancel the order. Received a reply saying order cancelled and 2 days later they charged my card again.

Reported them to credit card company for fraud and they are investigating - hopefully they will withdraw their card facility,

The worst experience I've ever had online.

Since then, I bought the item from the US with delivery to the UK in 5 days.

After I told them it was illegal to retain my card details without my permission and was reporting them for fraud, they denied taking the payment twice and said they would like to see the evidence - bloody cheek. Well, the credit card company have just refunded £206 to my account - that is 2x £103 or BOTH PAYMENTS THEY TOOK, THE 2ND ONE 2 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED.

Trust Pilot: you need to change the rating system to allow a 0 star rating - 1 star is 1 too many for these people.

Fake Parfum sent, no service, ro return, no answer to mails.

Just a scammer company - don't pay them any money.

i bought the Dolce Gabbana the one EDP from this website I bought it as new but the item come without sealed and the original box was broken also
This make me think this item is fake from this website. Another website just 5-10 pound extras. So i don't recommend this website.

Very poor customer service and communication order placed on the 7th December and still yet to arrive on the 22nd December. So much for 7 day despatch. Have tried contacting them by email and on website and only get an automated response.

Will never use them again, complete waste of time.!

Seems very much like a scam site. I bought a perfume 24 days ago,
and only tracking information i can get is 17 days old, and says "Incoming data delivery by the sender" by swiss post.
Contact with topprice24.com is not possible,
you will just get a automatic reply.

I ordered a bottle of Fendi perfume from Topprice24.com and received a counterfeit product instead. The perfume box was not packaged in the way that ALL perfumes should be -- tightly wrapped in cellophane and sealed at both ends. The scent is similar but obviously missing an element. I contacted them three times by email to ask for a full refund but they do not reply with anything but a standard "check our FAQs" message, so I am escalating to a Disputed Purchase Claim with MasterCard.
