I bought the Japan fitted cap and it was beautiful, brand new, great quality, fast shipping, great communication from the company and the delivery service. Honestly 10/10, I’m getting all my fitted caps from here from now onwards.

Very professional store!

Very professional customer service, they answer all questions. Delivery is on time. This is clearly a store worth recommending. It's also important to me that it's a small family business with a professional approach to customers.

Great store with a MASSIVE selection of…

Great store with a MASSIVE selection of hats. I would even say that there are too many because I can't decide which ones to get sometimes :) Great service and very quick delivery, even with hiccups, because I am in Jersey, which is not exactly in the UK, but it was deliveredthe next day :D Big shout out to the whole crew!

Great experience

Received my four hats for the price of three today. Fantastic deal.
I was wary as a couple of people said UPS had caused delivery problems but the morning after I made an order, the delivery was tracked from Austria and I followed it on UPS site, all the was to my local depo, before arriving exactly at the expected time.
The hats are quality and exactly what I wanted. Couple of stickers thrown in the box too. I’ll 100% be using this company again. Great deal, great service and actually enjoyed seeing all the places the parcel went before reaching England.

Terrible Service – Gift Never Arrived

Terrible experience. UPS admitted they delivered my order to the wrong address, yet Topperzstore has offered no help or solution. I’ve been left chasing a replacement with zero support, and now the gift I ordered won’t arrive on time. Why should customers pay the price for UPS’s mistake? Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.

All products from this store are…

All products from this store are shipped from Austria. This is not a UK store so you will have to wait quite a long time for your package. They ship packages via UPS (avoid this company) the package never arrived at the address provided.

A frustrating experience

This was my first time ordering from this company, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare. I ordered a hat over the weekend, and the delivery was supposed to take 3–5 days. Excluding the weekend, that meant it should’ve arrived by Friday — which is what both the seller and UPS had confirmed.

But on Friday, the delivery time changed to Saturday between 08:45 and 12:45. So we rearranged our weekend plans to be home for it. Then, on Saturday morning, I got another update: delivery would now be between 14:00 and 18:00. More plan changes just so I could wait around for this hat.

By around 17:00, I saw the UPS van on the map - just 10 minutes away. I figured, great, it’s finally happening. I’ve wasted the whole day waiting, but at least it’s almost over. Except it wasn’t. The van didn’t move. It sat there for over an hour, and the delivery never happened.

It’s now past 18:00, and there’s still no sign of the delivery. The UPS app insists the hat is still coming today, but clearly, it isn’t. The van is still parked in the same spot, and I’ve lost an entire Saturday waiting for something that never showed up.

At this point, I don’t even care about the hat anymore. The whole experience has been so frustrating that I just want it over with. If you’re someone who can sit at home all day waiting for a package, maybe you’ll be fine. But if your time matters and you expect delivery windows to mean something - I’d avoid this company altogether.

09/07/2025 - it is now 8 days after my order was placed. Again UPS informed me that they will be delivering today, gave me a window for delivery and again failed to deliver. It is just pathetic and it's a shame the vendor is using a courier with such poor standards. DPD would have been way preferable.

I’ve recently purchased 4 hats (3 for 1 offer) and I’m super happy with the quality, although unfortunately one of the straps broke, which is a minor issue cause u hardly can see it and I can still use the hat. I wrote an email just to advise what has happened to improve the quality and to my surprise I was offered a refunds straight away. I will deffo order again in future and can recommend to anyone!

Will definitely buy again at topperzstore

Had a great experinece buying at topperzstore EU. Great hat selection with fast shipping. Had an issue with our local delivery missplacing the parcel but topperzstore responded imediately and contacted the delivery company to check the situation with our local delivery company. The missplaced parckage was then recovered and I now enjoy wearing my hat. The support was superb. Will definitely buy there again.

They have been super helpful! Their customers service is so fast and it's very very reliable and they've helped me with my order in a matter of minutes 😭 I highly recommend them because of the high quality customer service
