Laba diena,

Good day,
I would like to draw your attention to a situation we encountered after purchasing a product from a company with questionable reputation – “TopPC,” which has already been liquidated in Lithuania. As far as we understand, the company has now moved its operations to Latvia, possibly in an attempt to avoid Lithuanian consumer protection regulations.
We are facing an issue – the company does not provide any return policy. Even after making payment and trying to cancel the order just one day later (before the product was even shipped), there is no option to do so.

Alarm:
If you bought from a company that has already gone out of business – yes, that is very bad, because it can no longer legally operate.

This also means that the consumer has nowhere to turn for a guarantee, refund or dispute resolution – the company no longer exists legally.

If the business has simply been “moved” to another country – this may be an attempt to avoid liability or legal oversight (a kind of “reincarnation”).
